A great hotel

The hotel was great, clean and had the perfect loaction. Very close, walking distance to the beach, restaurants/cafes/bars and shopping street. The breakfast was very good with great coffe. The staff are very helpfull, kind and gave us many great tips during our stay. There is a playroom for toddlers that our son enjoyed a lot.

Great staff friendly, but the hotel is certainly far from a four star hotel. Small TV hung on the top of the ceiling Once small 1 inch soap bar for the shower. The front door does not lock and damage door frame. Damaged Wood floor,missing ceramic tiles in the shower. It Seems little has been updated since the late 90s. Very outdated for a four star. Max 3 At best Very helpful front desk staff. Hope this helps thank you

Non degno di quattro stelle.

Letto matrimoniale fatto di due materassi che scivolavano/si spostavano di continuo e rischiavi di cadere. Frigo non funzionante, segnalato ma non hanno fatto nulla al riguardo(nonostante siamo ad agosto) Telecomando non funzionante, pile scarse. Nel bagno la vernice del termosifone si toglieva. Nel primo giorno mancava lo shampoo nel bagno. La cassaforte non funzionante. Alle finestre non ci sono le zanzariere nonostante l’hotel si trova in una zona al verde. La colazione era molto scarsa per le quattro stelle. Non è un Hotel da quattro stelle. L’unico vantaggio e la posizione in quanto in nemmeno 10 minuti sei in centro e il parcheggio.

Séjour assez lunaire, vieille chambre non rénovée fissure et fuite dans la salle de bain. Climatisation éteinte de 7 heures et 13 heures avec plus de 40 degrés à l’extérieur, nous étions en transpiration. Le petit déjeuner extrêmement moyen. Même pas de beurre… Nous ne recommandons pas en ce qui nous concerne

Chambre décevante

Nous venons régulièrement dans cet hôtel. Cette fois notre chambre n'était vraiment pas agréable. Pas de fenêtre, mais un vasistas très haut, pas de vue sur l'extérieur et qui ne s'ouvre pas. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avions un ventilateur sur pied très bruyant, insuffisant pour la superficie de la chambre. Une seule lampe de chevet pour 3 personnes. Très peu de prise..' Bref, chambre décevante. Nous venons régulièrement dans cet hôtel et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus.

Grande chambre, au calme, à 9 kilomètres du centre de Turin. Personnel adorable, grande chambre, parking gratuit, petits déjeuners compris dans le prix avec du choix. Excellente adresse. J'y retourne pour une nuit au retour de mon périple.

Elenco i difetti che ho trovato nella mia camera : - i muri si sgretolavano solo guardandoli, sembrava che stessero per cadere a pezzi - all'arrivo nel bagno ho trovato dei peli nel wc - tutte le prese del letto non funzionavano, una era sfondata all'interno della scatola d'incasso e anche inserendo il carica non dava corrente, mentre l'altra non era troppo grande e non entrava il caricatore del telefono, nel bagno la presa non era neanche italiana e l'unica che funzionava era quella all'ingresso vicino alla porta della camera - stanza molto rumorosa, probabilmente era vicino ad un condotto principale dell'areazione centralizzata ed era abbastanza fastidioso di notte quando si cercava di dormire - mancava l'acqua calda - frigo bar praticamente vuoto, solamente una bottiglietta d'acqua e un pacchetto di biscotti - colazione niente male, unica nota positiva assieme al materasso che non era male, abbastanza comodo. Nel complesso per essere un 4 stelle alle porte della città direi che c'è di meglio.

Struttura fuori città, ma in 15 minuti d'auto si è al parco Valentino. Hotel discreto che però a mio avviso non merita le quattro stelle perchè lasciato un po andare negli arredi e nei particolari, nella colazione non particolarmente ricca, e nel personale che non saluta (tranne il personale delle pulizie che al contrario è molto educato). Parcheggio gratuito e comodissimo. Stanza e bagno grandi
