A great hotel for staying

A very good hotel with excellent hospitability. The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. They try to cater your needs as far as possible. In particular, I like the lady, who prepares the breaskfast in the early morning, very much. She is cheerful, polite and always welcome the guests with warm smile. The room is tidy and clean, but the towels a bit old. In general, it's a great hotel for staying. If you enjoy walking, it takes you around 20 minutes walking to the main train station and a nearbly bus terminal.

Excellent service and accommodations! Just what we needed to recuperate after a long day of travel before the second leg of our trip. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and our room was meticulously cleaned, comfortable, and charming. We took a short stroll down to Lavicka, based on their recommendation, and had an exceptional dining experience. The breakfast spread was fabulous and we loved their cozy dining room. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Old and poor conditions.

The room that I booked for three people was spacious but has a terrible smell, like old and mold, the towels has holes and also there is not descents restaurants around if you want to eat.very uncomfortable specially if you want spend four days in the city.l as soon we saw the room we looked for a different hotel. Close to the main tourist points and we found a really great hotel you can walk to the central station, also super clean and very confortable, and modern.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Golden City Garni! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get to and from Prague city centre on the tram. There are a few small convenience stores nearby and a grocery store up the street. The only thing was that our AC unit in the room occasionally made a beeping sound that we could not figure out how to turn off. We asked the front desk staff and they were kind and offered to have someone come and fix it, but we weren't able to get the issue resolved before we left.

Very close to the main train station. The hotel also has great access to transportation that takes you to the city center, and grocery stores and corner shops and restaurants are all around the hotel. There is 24hr reception, they have some goods and alcohol available for purchase, they have currency exchange, and you can get transportation passes from there. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was amazing! Great variety, clean dining area, super nice lady managing the breakfast service. RECOMMENDED! I WOULD BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN WHEN I RETURN TO PRAGUE FOR ANOTHER VISIT.
