Many hotels in Singapore are luxurious what is different is that Artyzen has a sense of its own style with attentive staff; superb rooms that are well furnished and a fantastic rooftop pool. The food within the hotel offers a wide variety and we ate at all three offerings. The food in the downstairs cafe is incredible with the best fish and chips we have ever had.

Not very nice experience

It took almost 10 mins to have “warm” water for shower. The water was never getting hot at all for 2 nights. The mirror with LED light has no battery. The body lotion didn’t get refilled. I was supposed to get the room checked in at 3pm but the staff only called me at 6pm to tell me I can get the room. You need to wait for quite a while for the elevator.

Excellent boutique hotel

Was planning on switching hotels half way during my stay in Singapore, but ended up here the whole trip. I am a frequent Singapore traveller, and believe my benchmark for giving this hotel 5 stars is quite good. The rooms are spacious, staff attentive and the facilities hold a high standard. The roof top pool is excellent with amazing views. I prefer boutique hotels over the large alternatives that Asia offers. In my experience it means better service, but some amenities cannot for obvious reasons not tend to all guests at the same time. For example you will not find a grand buffet style breakfast here, but what they have is good quality. Would 100% come back.

Serene and inspiring

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in all of my travels, and this was, by far, my most favorite hotel room! The design was so gorgeous and so serene in a colorful way. And not to sound hokey, but I felt inspired with the floor-to-ceiling windows, and my guess is 17 feet high. I highly recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous, quiet, lovely

Gorgeous hotel, great staff, an excellent room. The rooftop pool was also nice and very quiet. Breakfast was very good, but a slight disappointment because there was no buffet (the only couple of nights on a long trip where we booked to get a buffet). But you get to choose one plate from delicious options, some fruit & muesli, and free flow of coffee/juices anyhow.

Such a fabulous stay at the Artyzen. The hotel is jaw-dropping from the moment you walk in to the lobby. So beautiful. Our room was amazing - easily the nicest room I've stayed in. They spared no expense in adding in every detail possible. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little further away from the main areas, which we didn't mind as it was quiet and grabbing a taxi was easy.
