Clean hotel in central catania

The room was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the hotel. The hotel was located in a very central area, so a perfect place for a weekend trip! All in all a good experience and would book again :)

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of major monuments and restaurants. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room featured modern decor and provided ample storage space. Bed linens and towels were fresh and hygienic. Located on the fifth floor, the property requires a special key to operate the elevator, which will be waiting for you in the room upstairs. This arrangement may pose some inconvenience on the first day, particularly if guests have substantial luggage to carry upstairs. Another potential drawback is the property's location on a street that hosts a daily market. The area is often crowded and noisy; while this did not pose an issue for me, it is worth noting that after the market closes, the streets become heavily littered and appear to be inadequately cleaned. Overall, my experience with this property was positive, and I would recommend it.

Modern stay minutes away from the key attractions

Good sty at this hotel. It actually has no reception but is very easy to get in and the instruction are very clear. If you are coming from the AirPort, the alibus will drop you off a few minutes away. Nice to have terasse, a few minutes from the etna corso where you will find nice shops and monuments. The room is modern. Loved our stayed there.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Walkable towards the city center. Easy to find access thanks to the host who gave many details (you can do self-check-in which is very convenient because our flight was late). This is a wide flat on a big building rearranged to welcome many independent rooms. Modern design and brand new appliances. The only thing is that if the guests are not quiet when they enter the place you can hear them.

The room locks very nice in the photos, in reality, AC didn’t work, and didn’t regulate to any normal temperature like 23 or 24, the place is extremely noisy can’t really open the window. There is a huge bazaar market and from before 7AM extremely strong noise from the outside, as well was very difficult to reach. The host took me two hours until I could get the instructions in purpose to get into the property, I really don’t think I would like to come back to a place like this.

Modern clean room

Very central location for the metro and a short walk to the main Duomo square. The room was great with a little fridge and kettle and the bathroom was very modern and clean. It just lacked a shelf to put you items on in the shower. We were able to access the building earlier than the 3pm check in to drop our bags by messaging on WhatsApp. The room was clean and ready, and we even picked up the room key, but check in was still 3pm, this seems common in Italy. We were also able to store our bags after check out for a few hours. The market literally sets up outside the building door and on the streets around, so taxi pick and drop off isn't possible, and you would need to get dropped a block away. Overall a good stay and we were happy with the modern room, however the rooms are on the 5th floor. There is an ancient lift which we used when we had bags. I would probably stay near Duomo next time as there are more restaurant options in that area. I messaged the accommodation the day before check in. A more automated message was received the morning of arrival.

The property is located in a magnificent area. The significant trouble that I had was the lack of instructions for check in or bag drop off. I am a solo female traveller, who had just disembarked off a really early morning flight and had to ask for help from the locals while I waited for the instructions because I was stranded when I arrived at the property.

Good location. Room and bathroom and hallway area very clean. Nice petite balcony to enjoy the views (we had Etna view) Buzzzzling flea market with a lot of fresh produce / yummy fruits. Room is fresh and pleasant to stay in. Some noise coming from the main entrance area when travellers coming in/out or conversations held in this common area, but nothing major to complaint. I would suggest sending the check in instructions 24 hours before the check in as promissed as not everyone has internet access and having no check in instructions 5 hours prior to arrival is no fun :) Great experience overall - thank you.

The location of the property is excellent. Walkable distance to Central Station which can also be reached by bus or metro. The stop for the airport bus is also close. The condition of the room was also great - clean and functional The area around the property isn’t the most welcoming, that’s the only con.
