The property is better than expected, staff - excellent. Super minor issue - when we checked in, we told them we don’t need room service during our 2-night stay. The person who checked us in said they don’t provide room service. The next day, as we were getting ready to head out, the cleaning staff came to clean our room to which we said we didn’t need. The following day, we returned from our outing to a cleaned room. We then wondered if she thought we meant in-room food service? Overall, we had an excellent experience.

My 60 year old parents stayed 2 nights and the first night they didn't have heating or hot water and they did not communicate that to them or offered an alternative to transfer to another hotel and they had to sleep at 8C and shower the next day with cold water. Unhuman.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel location is excellent, facing the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. The hotel has been there for years, the building is bright and clean but the key card system is old, still using actual metal key, not keycard. They can only provide 1 key. The WIFI coverage is spotty. I could get WIFI in my room when I sat at the desk, I needed to sit closer to the hallway.. Everything else is very good.

Gostei do hotel, mas fui surpreendida por uma excursão de 130 pessoas de putro país que beberam muito tequila e gin e batiam nos quartos de madrugada, deixando panos coloridos ( rosa) nas portas . Não consegui dormir a noite inteira e, na recepção nao havia ninguém para atender nem por telefone e nem pessoalmente. Soube depois que só havia uma pessoa ( muito atenciosa) que passou a noite cuidando de tudo, inclusive de troca de 11 lâmpadas nos quartos. Na noite seguinte foi bem mais tranquilo e o hotel ficou sem barulho absurdo, mesmo tendo uma excursão com bastante gente de outro país, bem como a outra excursão barulhenta ter ido embora . Voltarei ao hotel.

O hotel é bem velho. Não possui isolamento acústico nos quartos. Como recebe muitos grupos, é uma falação no corredor e portas batendo o tempo inteiro que vão até altas horas da noite (tive que sair do meu quarto às 23h da noite para reclamar com meus vizinhos de corredor) e que começam cedo, já por volta das 6h, quando os grupos começam a sair. O box é micro, uma pessoa alta e/ou obesa terá dificuldades para tomar banho. No café, de três máquinas apenas uma estava funcionando, causando filas. De bom, salvo apenas a equipe de funcionários. Todos muito atenciosos.

Welcome to hell - the worse stay in Fatima, avoid!

Welcome to hell - the worse stay in Fatima of my life. I was given room 313, where the noise from the employees was constant and it was impossible to rest. Expect continuous noise, from 6am to 11pm - not a moment of silence. I made several complaints, all not answered with the excuse of management not being available. inexcusable, considering the price I paid. Will avoid this place like the plague in the future. Consider this a warning to all other guests thinking of staying here.

Great hotel near the sanctuary and friendly staff

The staff was really excellent and friendly, the room was as described exactly in the pictures, the checking was easy and fast, the A/C worked well, security was great. The only issue that I had in my first night was due to ants in the bathroom, I reported in the morning and the receptionist changed me to another room which was good, no issues in my next 2 nights in this hotel. The breakfast was buffet and it was ok, the hospitality of the staff was great and tables were clean when arrived for breakfast. This time my trip was for me only but next time I will go back with my family without hesitation .
