The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room

10/10 hotel and restaurant in a cute+pretty city!

This hotel is amazing, we are planing to come back for a longer stay next year ! The area and the view is stunning, very close to san marino, san leo, beaches, rimini and wine fields for wine tasting. Their service is great. The hotel is really pretty and quite different with small tunnels and "caves" and such, they even got a spa ! The restaurant in/under the hotel is THE best we tried in our 14 day trip driving around in italy, nothing comes close to the level of service and quality !!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und daher nicht lange da. Für kleiner Spaziergang am Abend durch das romantische Dörfchen und zum Castello hat die Zeit aber gereicht und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Personal war freundlich und ist auch auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Zimmer war eher klein aber hat für diese eine Übernachtung total gereicht und viel wichtiger, die Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr fein, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Grazie mille

Splendida struttura d'epoca ristrutturata. Posizione ottima anche per spostarsi nel territorio circostante. La spa è una chicca e il personale è gentile. Pulizia perfetta e comodo anche il parcheggio con tunnel e ascensore per accedere direttamente in hotel.

Nice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent.
