An older style property, with very good sized, VERY clean rooms and bathrooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast had good selections, and a nice coffee machine for various coffee choices.
The only drawback to this hotel is that it lacks showers/handicap accessible bathrooms which makes it difficult for elderly or handicapped guests.

Construção antiga
Um hotel muito central em Gouveia, mas de construção um pouco antiga. Ouve-se o ruido de uns quartos para os outros, especialmente de tubagens. Houve barulho a noite toda, o que tornou a noite um pouco desconfortável.

Não vá no Natal
Reservamos este hotel para passar o Natal próximo a Serra da Estrela... escolhemos o Eurosol Gouveia por haver restaurante com boas qualificações no hotel. Ocorre que o restaurante não abriu para o Natal e não havíamos sido informados anteriormente... resumindo, ficamos sem ceia de Natal! A cidade estava inteira fechada. Poderiam ter avisado anteriormente, assim não ficaríamos neste hotel.
