Good value for long stay

For the price it's a good value. For the long stay it's a good place. Location is far from city center. But public bus was convenient.

There was no soap or body wash, honestly what country are we in. This is a basic human right. Staff were inconsistent or not present. Not a nice stay at all

Good stay

Very good stay. The place was comfortable and had everything you need for a quiet and hassle free stay. Perhaps a little far from supermarkets but close to restaurants, bars and pizzeria.

Modern amenities. Bedding covered in lint and hair, which wasn’t ideal. Check-in was also very slow and communicated poorly, there often doesn’t seem to be enough staff on and they are trying to do a lot at once.

I truly loved staying at Together Co-Living except for the reverse cycle air conditioner. It made a lot of noise from about 5am and I couldnt sleep after that because it continued for half an hour and then on and off for a while after that. Despite that, I'll stay there again. Hopefully, the aircon noise will have been attentioned by then.

6/10 Good

Stayed on the 5th floor. Street noise. Wanted to watch football game but tv not working, stuff suggested another room but only single bed while I’m with a partner. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Tap in vanity loose. I’m not here to complain but my goodness a bit more attention needed fast before the bad name sets in.

I was in a bind and needed a budget place to stay. Accommodation was amazing! It was small but didn't need extra room. Air conditioned, clean, nice flatscreen (chromecast enabled). Other reviews mentioned aircon. is fixed. Its true but never needed to adjust and was not an issue (you can turn it off). Positives, a pool! Nice bar downstairs and the staff are absolutely lovely. Finally a great social atmosphere amongst the other people staying! Thanks very much to the Together Co-Living team.

The first night I arrived for some reason the room was extraordinarily cold, coincidentally and thankfully lastminute sent me a note to check if all was well, I instantly expressed my trouble with the excessive coldness. To my utter shock but pleasant surprise, within a minute or there about of sending my response to lastminute, a staff of the property was right at my door with a solution- a portable heater to warm the room. That was amazing and unforgettable, the next day I was given another room. Amazing customer service both from lastminute and Co-living. Keep it up!
Moses, 17-night trip

6/10 Good

I wasn’t told about a planned power outage happening the day I booked. After a flight, transportation and hot weather, I wanted to cool down and charge my phone but because of the outage, I had to stay in a lobby of the hotel next to the hotel I paid for, to stay cool and charge my phone for over 3 hours. I wish I was told beforehand about the power outage, the staff were nice during this period but there was no compensation for it. It wasn’t a very clean hotel room. The bathroom is tiny but it’s okay. The window isn’t sealed properly so there was a breeze. You can’t change the ac temp. You could see the marks and feel sticky places everywhere, especially the tv remote. Dead moths and alive ones in the room I was in. I was also next to a kitchen that everyone can use, it did get loud at times when people were cooking and smelly. People kept opening the stair doors and letting them slam shut behind them which is very loud at night. Otherwise it was a good experience, staff were nice but just annoying I wasn’t informed at all of a planned power outage, really ruined the whole experience for myself but I would stay there again.
levi, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We arrived at the hotel around 7:30 PM, and there was a staff member at the reception desk. He informed us that we needed to wait 20 minutes as he was on break. A few other guests arrived while we waited, and by the time we checked in, it was quite late. At check-in, we were given a cotton carry bag containing two paper cups, two coffee sachets, two milk capsules, two sugar packets, a tea bag, two coffee stirrers, and a few toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand soap. Our stay was for two nights. The room was small, with old and worn carpeting. The hooks on the plastic shower screen were broken, and the wash basin could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The room doors didn’t close automatically; you had to pull them and slam them shut for them to lock properly. The frequent slamming of doors as guests came and went. It was very noisy and woke us up a few times during the night. For dinner, we went to Novotel restaurant which is part of the hotel where I ordered seafood pasta. It was disappointing, especially considering the high price. The sauce was watery and bland. When I asked for Parmesan cheese, the staff member scooped it with his hand from a plastic container and poured it into a dish. I found this unhygienic and told him so. Ultimately, I didn’t finish my meal.
Thao, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

It was very basic, not really priced appropriately. Woken up by a burning smell at 4am, not heaps of fun.
Tim, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel is clean and modern but very noisy. You hear every door slamming and we had issues with tv noise and parties in nearby rooms. On the final. Night there was also a fowl smell of Cannabis on our floor. We alerted staff who didn’t really do much to sort it out other than walk the hallway.
Andrew, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

It fitted my budget for an overnight stay, so you get what you have paid for. The good part is the bed is comfortable, bad for anyone over 175cm tall as a bench overlaps about 10cm over the bed with zero gap. I recommend the owners cut that bench/board off, and mount it elsewhere as a shelf. The good part is the room is self-contained, window opens; I'd be concerned if the rooms have a dampness problem - check shower curtain, dampness of the room carpet when you step outside the shower.

My Stay

Easy to my required location, and comfortable room. I was puzzled by the requirement to apply via a paper form to have my room deposit returned ($200).
