The clerk was nice and informed us they only had two rooms left one with no A/C and it had a bad smell and one with A/C and a bad smell and the option for full refund if we didn’t like either. It was horrible like something had died in there we could not stay. We are not picky but it was unbearable as soon as the door was opened.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. Dogs barging from everywhere. This is a hotel, it's home home for people for the probably 90% of the rooms. No ice machine. Couldn't get wifi. Tried to check out early but had to leave keys at a window. Did feel safe with that called the number they gave just to get very horrible customer service when voicing my concerns about leaving my keys at a window. That would have been super easy for someone else to grab. Horrible place to stay!

Cozy little spot. Convenient area.

While we could always nit pik about the little things, there are plenty of positive things to say about this place. The staff is very friendly and always accommidating and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Sure, this place could use a full time maintenance person and possibly a security presence, mainly for show, as never once did i have an issue with theft or damage to my truck. I left my bicycle unlocked overnight both nights and my truck too accidentally, for a night and during the day with no problems. With minimal effort and the right help this place could very easily be a top spot. It is not run down, just needs a little love and bigger budget to fix what needs fixing. They still have fire damage to one area of building. It doesn't appear to hurt their business. It would be great if the community here in Wichita would jump in and help this nice lady get her fire damaged area repaired, her fitness equipment replaced and an ice machine. She is doing the best she can with what she has. Come on Wichitans, you can do better.

Place should not exist!!!!

Very nasty flies and dingy linen and towels broken air conditioner.Didnt get the room or hotel I paid for. the hotel we got was days inn 550 South Florence Wichita Kansas 67209 it was purely disgusting and on top they gave me a king size bed instead of my double that I paid for and charged me the exact same price as the double which was higher and my first day there was dried blood on the sheets

To be honest, when we pulled up the place looked pretty bad in several places. I know that "you get what you pay for" but I was ready to turn around and leave. I went to the office to see about checking in and the lady was very sweet, and did say that it was a work in progress. I took the key cards and went to see the room, and it was a lot nicer than I was expecting. Room was clean, and bed was comfy, so I closed our door and went downsatairs to get my husband and some of our stuff. Carried things up and we couldn't get our door to open. The lady at the desk came up and showed us the trick. Insert the card, push the handle in and turn it up slowly! No ice machine, but we were able to get some at the gas station or restaraunts we went to. There was a fridge and microwave oven that we used. The fridge was turned off to start, but it froze our water bottles that we used to keep things cold. The ladies were very nice at the front desk. Sadly no breakfasts either. But for the price It was OK.

Horrible Stay

We went to check in and were told that the room they reserved for us that the air conditioner didn't get any cooler than 86 degree we asked about another room and was told that they didn't have any air conditioners in the other rooms. We had to spend money we really didn't have to spend but we had to so we could stay somewhat cool. Then we didn't have a remote for the tv so we had to go ask for a remote then it took forever to get the tv to work and then we couldn't get the remote to change channels. We got ready. Then we got ready to take a shower and the water didn't work so the only thing I can say good about the hotel is it was clean. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

First off there was no one at the check in desk just a note on the door to call the number and some would help yeah ok. After finally checking in went to the room was a total disaster smelled like death, holes in the walls looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in well never. No soap, shampoo or TOILET paper. When I inquired about the TOILET paper the response was sorry we don’t have any we are waiting on the truck. So I then went to the front desk and was told the same thing. Well luckily they had soap so I could was my hands. Ok so now we left and came back later that night I went to the front desk and asked for the TOILET paper well the truck did not arrive surprise. I then asked for a refund and was simply told NO! Unfortunately had to stay the night when we went to check out no one at the desk tried calling some numbers and no answer. Finally just left. So if you are reading this please for the love of God don’t go to this garbage dump the call a hotel.

I don't know how this property has anything other than negative reviews. The place is a dump. The room was gross. Crumbs on the bed, walls not clean, bathroom had an odor. Trash piled up outside the door. We came up for a concert and left. Did not even hesitate to make the drive home instead of sleeping in the room.
