Lovely hotel- reception staff welcoming, easy check in - room has all basic facilities only kissing iron / board but am guessing likely available from reception. Bar area and staff good. The hotel is a distance from centre but we knew that and didn’t bother us - all in all would return

Paper thin walls between rooms, not great if you're a light sleeper. Spotlessly clean though Had DBB deal which was great value, but it was so rushed in the restaurant. Less than a minute between courses. Breakfast was mediocre, not a lot of selection in either hot or cold food, but what was there was really nice (thickest bacon i've ever eaten). Hotel bar very sociable with all the golfers. Overall - great for a one night stay.
