After negotiating several times and showing the receipt, they finally admitted that they were wrong. Your impression will change depending on who you speak to at the front desk. Be careful when booking and checking in. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were very kind, so overall I was satisfied.

bath room stinked (smell). No AC and room temperature very hot and complained but no action. No view from the room. Food at the restaurant was good.and waiters well trained. overall it was not worth the money spend.

This was the worst experience a guest could ever have at a hotel. Rooms were in a poor condition and the staff was rude and unhelpful! The staff on duty on the night of 12/3/2023, repeatedly called the room and harassed us. This is not the type of experience you expect at a premium hotel. Highly NOT recommended.

Not Happy

We were unable to stay there. After a long international flight they informed us on the way to the hotel that they had Covid and could not stay there. This was at 11:00 pm. We had no option but stay at a very expensive hotel near the airport. They told us not to give them a bad review but they still have not given us a credit back on the reservation they charged us for. If they give us a credit we may be inclined to change our review. But as of now we are not happy with our interaction.
