This hotel and its staff truly set the standard for exceptional service in Lagos. Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic about assisting me with everything I needed to create a wonderful birthday experience for my husband. I appreciated the wide range of services available and the straightforward check-in process. I'm pleased to say that the hotel is quite safe, as a room key is required to access any floor. I really like that! I plan to book another room soon.

Unfortunately my room was ant ridden and there was a big red cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to move rooms and there were ants there too, on the floor and table. The staff were very lovely, respectful and polite. The room size was great… Just a shame about the hygiene aspect.

My stay was short however the service was great. Rebecca the breakfast server was lovely. I just wish the fellow making breakfast omelettes was a bit friendlier. He was a bit standoffish. Overall the property is great.

The breakfast buffet was great. Many options to choose from. The dinner selections were limited. The only real issue was when I ordered strawberry cheesecake for dessert but the watress gave me caramel cheesecake instead. When I asked why she brought the caramel instead of strawberry, she said they didn't have strawberry. She should not have served me whatever she decided without asking me.

Security was not good, they do not communicate with each other, for anytime I want to park I will have to circle the property up to 3 times. They are always arguing amongst themselves, it wasn’t funny. Until you get upset before they will do their jobs which is not supposed to be so. My room was facing the road and it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep which made my day very unproductive. The cleaner that came to clean for some reasons best known to him he just did not empty the trash in the bathroom..😤😤😤. Check in process was good.(the trainee did well, a young guy dark) front desk and Maintenance response timing was great. But you see those security ehhh… chai they frustrated my life. The one at the gate will grant you access, the one in charge of parking will misdirect you, you get to where you are directed to the other one will send you back to where you are coming from, then you explain to the 2nd guy that you are been directed here and both the 1st &2nd guy will start shouting on each other forgetting that you are a customer. And you are just sitting in the car wondering what is going on. Then the CSO will step in and apologize and look for a space for you to park. Like that was how it was from Friday I came in till Sunday I left.😤😤😤

It’s a spacious room and safe place. Breakfast was good. You need to carry a local payment card if not local currency or USD for payments. International cards are not accepted. The WiFi coverage was very poor in the room that I stayed.

The view of the lagoon was nice, the room service and housekeepers were friendly, the front desk associated were “ usually” friendly . The food at the restaurant was nice also good. The main issue was the power at the hotel going off at least 3-4 times per day.

I was very pleased with the hotel and staff. Good job! However given the location of the hotel, it is quite noisy once you leave the hotel and the entrance by car, feels like an accident just waiting to happen.
