The front desk lady attended was very helpful kind and caring I do belive her name was Marka she even offered to give me personal weather updates we left Missouri due to bad weather coming in and ended up in Fort Smith Arkansas thanks for making us feel welcomed

Refuge after horror story
We left another hotel early due to how horrible the neighbors were being. This hotel got us in last minute and offered us a quiet and comfortable stay. We appreciate it so much

Home away from home
It was like having an efficiency apartment, plus some other ameni3you will not find elsewhere. Overall the place was clean, but they need to make a point to vacuum the loveseat/chair and under the cushions as well. I would stay again.

Great last minute stay!
Such a nice hotel!! My flight got canceled late at night and the hotel not only had a shuttle that could come get me, the driver and the front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful with how tired I was! Room was super nice & comfortable. Great kitchenette with everything you could need. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Very happy with my stay!

Hotel is clean, well lit out in the parking area, we had a bit of an issue with the ac unit on the room not heating enough but the unit at the kitchen/living area was working great and it kept the room comfortable through the night

Beds, pillows, super comfy. Great breakfast & staff.
Dishes were still in dishwasher, but they had put a "clean" sticker on the door. I just didn't want to be the one to unload another persons dishes.
Jetted tub was great & relaxing, it did need the filter part wiped off before using.
Toilet seat was loose & would slip as you sat down, room 116. Might want to fix that.
We will definitely stay again.
