Great to have full kitchen facilities in room. Oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer. Good they offer parking at an extra cost and recommend booking in advance. The reception staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the booking problems created by Expedia's confusing system. The room had amazing views looking out upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping and the parking was diabolical. It was lucky we have a small car; a large car just wouldn't get in there.

The rooms were good. The mattresses weren't the best, but they served their purpose. We had a look at the pool, but we were too busy to appreciate it. The front desk staff were always happy to help. We requested that one room be changed from a queen bed to two single beds, and they didn't hesitate or charge extra. The parking was quite confined, so if you have a large or long vehicle you might get quite close to the walls 😉
