Hotel is very old and smelly. Are is good but crowded, so a lot of noise from the streets. Additionally, they had a repair going on on the facade of the building that made us to wake up at 0&:00 am. Nobody wants to wake up at 08 during vacation.

Stayed here two nights. It was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Great location too. One min walk from the promenade/beach. Surrounded by all types of cafe and restaurant options. I would love to come to Nice again (probably not when it's 40+ degrees though lol), and if i do, i would definitely stay at this hotel again. Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating.

Originally in a room above the restaurants street but was moved due to cigarette smoke smell (did not smell anywhere else and staff were fantastic in moving my 14yo son and I to another room). We were moved to 667 and it was absolutely quiet. Staff were fantastic. If you have a room above the street of restaurants - it comes alive in the evening with street performances. I don’t know what time they end as we faced another area with no noise at all :)

Location is great. Room was crowded. I couldn’t pull out desk chair to sit and no outlets remotely by the beds. One outlet oddly halfway wall in entryway and the only other outlet was at desk for lamp. For a room designed to sleep 3, that’s not enough outlets. Just heads up

The location for exploring Nice was excellent. 50 yards from restaurants for breakfast or lunch or dinner. 200 yards from the promenade Anglais. 300 yards from the old town. Easy to get to trains, buses and trams The hotel room was comfortable although we had a minor issue with the shower. The hotel does breakfast (good choices) at 20 euro but breakfast is available nearby for half. The reception was always friendly and arranged for our taxi to the airport (40 euro).

Location is excellent. In the middle of pedestrian streets, tons of restaurants and shopping and minutes to walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and great staff . Great value. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is well located. Check in and out was easy Front desk personnel were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Alex was the best! He provided great customer service. My room was OK though. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable! But it needs updating. Overall it was a good experience. Would I come back? If the price is right, yes. Oh! And there is noice outside the hotel. I didn’t have one of the interior rooms. That is the con of staying near restaurants and shops. I didn’t mind bc I chose location. So if you want a very quiet place, this is not it. But again, I chose it bc of location. The noise ended past midnight, so it wasn’t that bad.

Nice location but VERY noisy - not only outside, especially rooms at the first floor like ours - but also through wall: we can tell you exactly what our neighbours at the 107 did and said until they went to sleep. I also did appreciate at all not being offered the option to pay AT THE END of our stay. I should have refused when the receptionist asked me to pay right during the check in
