Every employee encounter we had was great and they were very helpful and respectful. The rooms were comfy, but there were a couple of cons with the room. The water pressure in the shower was not the best and the shower handle would come off every time we turned it on and the we couldn’t use the tv because the remote did not want to work. We could get it on (sometimes), but then the other buttons wouldn’t function or we couldn’t turn it off since it was a blank screen. But I think aside from the very few cons we will be staying here for our future MTY trips!

Bien, pero….Tengo que decir que las instalaciones estaban limpias. Buen trato del personal y la habitación muy amplia, especiosa, con todo lo esencial que uno puede necesitar, muy bien todo en general, pero lo que sí creo deben mejorar es: 1.- El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, podría dormir con el ruido porque me terminaría acostumbrando a el, el detalle está en que corta y prende pero demasiado en la noche, eso hacía que me despertara toda la noche y me costó trabajo conciliar el sueño. 2.- Tal vez sea algo insignificante, pero la Dyson que llevaba mi pareja no logró funcionar debido a que no había el voltaje necesario, pensábamos que no servía pero ya acá en casa si funcionó, entonces ya es un problema de voltaje, no nos afectó pero si nos sorprendió que no funcionara y fuera un tema de la instalación. De ahí en fuera tengo que decir que todo bien, limpio, camas cómodas, amplio espacio, agua caliente, buena presión, bien
