Touring Frankfurt

Check in great, breakfast great, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Thermostat was broken room was extremely warm. Hotel staff did their best to resolve but no technician on weekend shift. Provide fans to help moderate temperature. Hotel did provide comps for the our troubles. Nice hotel and would stay here again.

Guter Lobbybereich, tagsüber dort kostenlose Heißgetränke. Es gibt eine " Dachterrasse " mit Mobiliar zum verweilen. Die Zimmerausstattung war echt gut, mit einer Küchenzeile einschl. Utensilien, Mikrowelle und kleiner Spülmaschine. Ein Schrank für die Kleidung ist auch vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem. Theoretisch könnte man auf der Straße vor dem Haus parken, wenn nicht die derzeitige Baustellensituation wäre. Die Parkplätze vom Hotel waren gut gebucht Tip dazu: An der parallel verlaufenden Hauptstraße auf der anderen Seite des Flusses kann man über Nacht Glück haben einen legalen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Gehstecke zum Hotel dann ca 5 Minuten. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Rewe und mehrere Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der einzige Schwachpunkt,da nicht ausreichend nachgelegt wurde und nicht nur die Buffet-Bestandteile als auch Löffel, Gläser oder was auch immer nicht da waren. Leider war ließ auch die Kritikfähigkeit zu wünschen übrig. Ein durchaus empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Nice hotel but has it's drawbacks

The property was very nice and new looking. Has a contemporary look with Brazilian vibes and nicely appointed. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and couch. The bathroom was also a good size. There was a small balcony with chairs overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly. This hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive from the center of town and restaurants-definitely not walkable. It is in a more industrialized area plus lots of apartments but it did feel safe and was quiet. There is one breakfast restaurant down the street and the hotel offers a very pricey breakfast Just be prepared to drive /Uber everywhere. The bed was absolutely torture. I don't know why hotels buy the firmest mattresses they can find but this one was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Plus more lighting or brighter lighting in the rooms would be helpful.

Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage an der Mosel, man kann dort gut spazieren gehen oder mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer das wir hatten war geräumig, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker mit ausreichend Auswahl an Aufschnitt und alles was so zum Frühstück dazu gehört. Getränke konnte man sich den ganzen Tag am Kaffevollautomaten holen. Uns fehlten beim Grphstück dunkle Kornbrötchen. Negativ war für uns der Empfang. Leider konnte die Dame kein Deutsch und sprach in schnellem Englisch, wir konnten nur wenig davon verstehen. (Und das in Deutschland) Sie war aber trotz allem sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zur Häfte in schwarz gestrichen und das Bad schwarz gefliest. Die Küche ebenfalls schwarz. Insgesamt war es für uns zu dunkel. Auf dem Schwarzen waren dann die vielen Flecke zu sehen. Wirkte dann leider nicht so gepflegt. Das Parken fanden wir zu teuer. 18€ pro Übernachtung.

Such a surprisingly fun hotel! The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve entered a different world – tropical colors, hammock chairs, even birdsong in the background. I instantly felt like I was on vacation, right in the middle of Frankfurt. The room was super comfortable, and having a kitchenette was really convenient. What truly stands out is the atmosphere: the staff are warm and welcoming, like you’re visiting friends. The Brazilian breakfast (hello pão de queijo!) was delicious. And the rooftop bar at sunset? Absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐ 10/10

The staff was friendly and efficient with check in. The AC was broken in our first room so we had to pack back up and be moved . It was nice to have dishes, utensils and cooking pots. The beds were too firm for our liking but otherwise the room was very nice. The one turn off for our family was being bombarded with gay pride flags on the exterior, lobby etc. Stick to being proud of Germany and display that flag instead. Honestly we wouldnt have booked this place if we knew ahead of time.
