It was an easy check in which was sent to us via message. The apartment was beautiful, modern and well looked after. The hotel is right in the centre of the city with 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars. We would definitely be back.

Excellent stay

Great apartment, spotlessly clean with an elegant feel. We were a party of 2 adults and stayed in a premium apartment on 4th floor, felt spacious, good bathroom and very comfy bed, good hob, oven and dining area if you don't want to go out and eat. Apartment block felt secure in a good area and safe provided in the bedroom. We had good communication from hotel prior to and during our stay and found all staff to be friendly, efficient and helpful and particularly the delightful housekeeping lady the first 2 days we were there, didn't get her name, but she had the most wonderful smile and manner, all makes such a difference! Location of property excellent, within a few minutes walk of stunning marina, cathedral, great restaurants, shops and supermarket with main bus station and trains nearby too, took bus from airport going and very easy. Lovely beach nearby and walk up to the castle highly recommended, views from the top well worth it, went twice and watched the beautiful sunset. Overall loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, will book again

This is a great place to stay due to its position. Everything is right on the doorstep or within a 10 minute walk. The flat is really functional and a very comfortable bed. Being a bit of a techie loved how you enter the building etc. Although not sure what you'd do if you left your phone in the flat by mistake when staff have left for the day. I booked this as pay on the day but they have a policy of requesting payment before you arrive. Not an issue but maybe something to look at if they are charging more for pay on the day rather than at time of booking. I just can't remember if they did charge more.

Fabulous hotel in Centre

Superb hotel in perfect location, very central but quiet. Apartment was spacious and very nice, fabulous kitchen and lovely bed. Was looking at other hotels but so glad I chose this, guy on reception desk super nice and helpful, would highly recommend.

Great stay in a perfect location.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment in excellent condition and a super responsive customer service using Whatsapp. Air-conditioning was very good, shower spacious and laundry facilities were handy. Ceilings and walls are a little thin and so you hear people walking around and the 24 hour hallway music all the time, but this was more than bearable. The only main disappointment was a non-working dishwasher which I understand is a common issue in other apartments in the building. The fact that the host was not open about this and it took us using the dishwasher and flagging it for them to acknowledge it was a small blemish on an overall fantastic stay.

Mycket enkel och snabb incheckning, genom tydliga instruktioner via sms. Stora rum, bäddsiffa och matbord och en skön säng. Stort badrum, men saknar en förstoringsspegel där. Tyvärr är det ganska mycket trafik och renhållningen startar 03.30 och den hörs väl, i alla fall i vårt rum 202, och håller på fram till 05... Överlag är vi nöjda med vår vistelse, vi bodde 6 nätter.

Magisk opphold

Jeg reiste sammen med min samboer, og vi fant oppholdet vårt til å være magisk. Så rent, og enkel å komme inn og ut. Vi fikk melding av hotellet, om hvordan ting fungerte som gjorde at oppholdet ble mye bedre. De i resepsjonen var hyggelig, synes det var fint at døren var låst sånn at ingen fremmed kommer seg inn. Vi følte oss trygge, og rommet var alltid ryddet når vi kom tilbake. Anbefales på det sterkeste hvis du er ett par på reise, utrolig sentralt men stille sånn man fikk en god natt søvn. Mange fine restauranter i nærområdet og kjøkkenet var perfekt for frokost laging. Vi hadde Deluxe leiligheten, neste gang ønsker vi prøve de mer eksklusive leilighetene. Mye for pengene synes vi.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Kort vei til stranden, shopping og bylivet. Delikat leilighet. Pluss med egne håndklær til stranden. Rommet ble ikke rengjort hver dag som beskrevet, og de siste dagene fikk vi færre håndklær enn antall personer, men alt i alt et perfekt opphold.

We really enjoyed our stay at RS Boutique Apartments. The whole experience was a safe, clean and pleasant holiday. The app to access the apartment and facilities worked perfectly and made life easy. The room was very well appointed with modern equipment with everything necessary for our stay. The area surrounding the apartments felt safe, was great for shopping, photography opportunities, dining out etc. We would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you to the staff that were so helpful with ordering taxis etc.

The bed were comfortable lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. The aircon. worked well. Maid service everyday was efficient and a nice surprise. The receptionist were very help and spoke enough English for us to communicate. There were some annoying discretions 1/ there were 4 cereal bowls but no large bowl to make a salad any items they provide was a welcome gift and you were expected to go out and purchase more if needed eg. 1 oz dish liquid for 6 days stay? The laundry is free but takes 3 hours and the instruction were mostly local shopping for not clear and only in Spanish we had to go on YouTube to finial figure it out. The central market is wonderful just local shopping. We cooked and ate all our meals at the apartment. Most of the restaurant food we saw on our walks did not appeal to us. Use the Tram system it is efficient cheap and easy to use we explored the costal area and surrounding are in the city by just riding the Tram.
