Had an issue checking in but manager was great an resolved it. Room was big and clean, and many amenities since this is a student housing they rent out as a hotel in summer. Only con is check in is at 4 pm

Loved the staff, they were so helpful and friendly. The room was very neat and compact. Our older knees weren't so keen on the steps to the bedroom area, but we managed. No cutlery, plates, etc in the room and had to borrow kettle and cups from staff.

We were a family of four at this hotel, and when we voiced our concerns of bugs that kept biting us it was ignored, the towels aren’t changed daily or every other day, there’s no deep cleaning of the rooms at all. The only redeeming feature is how close it is to the metro and the cheap pastry shops nearby.

Der stod på en seddel at man kunne spørge efter ting i receptionen, men håndsæbe og et glas til vand burde være obligatorisk indhold. Der var meget lydt fra gangen og ind til værelset. Men værelset var stort, rummeligt og udstyret med en god altan.

Estancia en Aparto Hotel Ripamonti.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy enriquecedora en general. ha sido todo muy fácil de gestionar y la atención al cliente ha sido satisfactoria. En cuanto al alojamiento. Estamos muy contentos aunque nuestro apartamento que incluía cocina y balcón la cocina no sé por qué está bloqueada es decir que no se podía utilizar y el microondas que es lo único que funcionaba no calentaba bien. El balcón está bien y es grande pero es como que no tiene mucha privacidad el desde los otros balcones pueden ver perfectamente en cuanto al baño está bien aunque es una ducha pequeña y la habitación ha sido lo mejor hemos tenido cama de matrimonio y tenían enchufes al lado de la cama y estaba todo muy bien aunque las escaleras para subir a la habitación, porque de dos plantas son un poco incómodas.

Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down! Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note that I believe this is student accommodation and there was some loud noise during the night but overall we had a pleasant time here and would likely stay again 🙂
