At check-in, the hotel staff had the wrong information and we struggled to get the right room, and the hotel mistakenly assigned us to the wrong room for about an hour, with multiple people staying in the same room, and did nothing about it. Eventually, after a back-and-forth, they found the correct reservation information and apologized. I wish they could have done something about the damage they caused.

車ありの宿泊の場合お勧めできない。 過去最悪級の宿泊だった。 駐車場はわずか16台しかない（先着順とか言っていてホテルスタッフはケアしていなさそうに見えた、駐車場が少ない割に宿泊者でない人も利用可にしている点理解できない）。 ホテル外で提携している駐車場を案内されたが、遠い（中心部なので駐車場に入るのに回らないといけない）。駐車場にたどり着いても、車幅制限で入れないと言われてホテルに引き返すはめになったし（車幅制限は事前にホテルからもらったちらしの情報では問題なかったが）、その後のホテルスタッフの対応もたらい回しでひどかった。

便利で快適！うろうろする人にぴったりなホテル

駅から近いので、滞在中ホテルと駅を行ったり来たりするときに便利でした。バスや電車を何度か利用したのですが、ホテルからその乗り場まで行くのも割りとスムーズで煩わしさを感じずに済みました。ホテルに大浴場が付いていたのがとても良かったです。旅の疲れがとれたし、低温設定だったのも暑い夏には有り難く、ゆっくりのんびり入れました。

娘息子と3人で法要一泊2日利用

20代の息子と15歳の娘と一泊２日の法要で利用。ダブルルームのコネクトルームしか空いてなく予約。年頃の異性の兄妹がいる場合は、コネクトルームは、お風呂、着替えの時も便利である。広めなデスクは、広めな鏡がついていて支度するにはいいが、部屋は、狭いため大人2人の利用は、荷物を広げるスペースがないため疲れる。また館内の自販機に行くために短時間部屋から出ただけなのにカードキーが磁気不良で部屋の中に入れず締め出しをくらい、フロントスタッフに部屋をあけてもらったが改良されないため、全員で館内の大浴場に行く気がうせてしまった。カードキー磁気不良は、改善がなければ、締め出しの恐怖は、いなめない。　 カードキーに部屋番号がいんじされているわけでもなく、二つの部屋を試してもどちらも開かないカードキーを１枚渡されたため混乱した。 残りのカードキーは、部屋の電気をつけるために、差し込みで使用。いずれにしても3人で宿泊で磁気不良で、使用できないカードキーを渡されてる時点で、次回の利用は、ないです。
