Not quite good, but cheap.

We had a room booket for 2 people, the bed was only made for 1, the madress was really poor, not good for 2 people. The room was clean, check in was online, got my room number and code on mail. Very easy.

Horrible experiencia

Horrible. No me daban el código de acceso ni la habitación, no podía contactar con ellos ni al teléfono, ni al mail y la recepción cerraba a la media hora de dar acceso a la habitación... Tuve que contactar con los agentes de hoteles.com que fueron quienes muy eficazmente consiguieron la habitación y el acceso a las 22:30 h de la noche... Para colmo no recibí ningún tipo de disculpa, ni nada por parte del hotel... Realmente terrible.

Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet im 2. Stock. Check in nur per PIN die via Mail versendet wurde. Keine Gastronomie vor Ort, keine Automaten an denen man etwas kaufen könnte. Holzbrett an dem Bettrahmen ausgebrochen. Antennendose aus der Wand gerissen. Seitenwand der Duschkabine nicht vorhanden. Kein Fernseher. Reinigunszustand mangelhaft (Spinnweben, etc).

Ich werde versuchen in meiner Bewertung trotzdem sachlich zu bleiben, was wir aber wirklich sehr schwer fallen wird… dieses Hotel hat aus meiner Sicht keine Koordination. Diie Zimmer sind extrem verdreckt. Die Wände kommen runter… Badezimmer ecklig!!! Ich könnte weiter zählen aber belasse es

Enkelt hotell som ligger avsides.

Hotellet ligger lite avsides, vilket inte var ett större problem för oss då vi bara var på genomresa. Det fanns en viss doft i rummet men luktade inte rök. Fanns ett kylskåpet men det var smutsigt. I övrigt kändes det rent. Vi bokade ett trippelrum för 4 personer. Nu har våra barn inga problem att dela säng men det fanns ingen extra kudde eller handduk för den 4:e personen.

Kein Personal an keinem der 3 Tage gesehen. Möbel in einem schlechten Zustand. Matratzen gingen gar nicht. Email wegen Frühstück geschrieben, ohne Antwort. Preis top trotzdem nicht empfehlenswert.

Es war nicht gerade sauber im Zimmer und im Bad. Schon das Einchecken war kompliziert da keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Es wurde noch nicht einmal, wir waren 4 Nächte da, durchgesaugt und das bei Teppich im Zimmer, es wäre vielleicht ein Aufwand von 10 Minuten gewesen. Aber gut wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen da, leider ist aber am ersten Abend das Bett zusammen gekracht und wir mussten es selber reparieren da ja niemand vor Ort war, mein Mann meinte nur das es davor schon nur notdürftig repariert wurde, vielleicht sollte man so wichtig Dinge auch mal austauschen. Wir hatten bei dem Preis keine große Erwartungen aber ein funktionsfähiges Bett wäre schön schön gewesen.

Einmal und nie wieder

Das erste Zimmer war nicht bezugsbereit. Das zweite war ein EZ. Im dritten Zimmer ist das Bett defekt, der Teppich wurde nicht gesaugt, war schmutzig, das Bad wurde auch nur notdürftig gereinigt. Das Personal könnte auch etwas freundlicher sein.

Billig, nicht nur der Preis

Keine Gardinen, kein Rolladen, direkt neben dem Zimmer der Raucherbalkon, konnte jeder ins Zimmer schauen. Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, ungemütliches Zimmer mit Rissen in den Wänden… Es gibt eigentlich nichts positives außer dem einigermaßen günstigen Preis über das Zimmer zu sagen.

I did not like the fact that there was no staff on site. They advertised that breakfast is on site but I never saw it and there was never front desk staff present. I could not use my phone to call internationally and there was no phone on site for guests. Everything is closed on Sunday so there were no food options on Sunday. I booked two rooms but they only provided check in code for one room initially. I had to get someone to help me call the hotel staff to explain I needed the second code. The towels were not clean and we had no one to ask as we checked in on Sunday. Housekeeping was nice but she did not speak English or German so we were not able to ask her any questions. If you do not have transportation, this may not be a good location as there is not much close by.

Op zich was dit hotel een prima uitvalsbasis voor het bezoek aan de Spielware Messe. De foto's op de site komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Douchekabine was aan elkaar gemaakt met wc papier. Her bed was een drama. S nachts mijn bed uit om de latten in de lattenbodem te repareren. Ik ben hier 3 nachten geweest en heb niemand gezien. Heb de ontbijtruimte niet gevonden, hele hotel doorzocht. De receptie op de fotos heb ik ook niet gezien. Voor een hotel erg onpersoonlijk. Geen 145,00 euro per nacht waard. Absoluut niet!! En het hoeft niet! Leg wat informatie over het hotel en de omgeving op het bureau. Er is geld verdient aan deze kamer, repareer die kleine dingen. Zorg voor een vendingmachine met wat drankjes en chips of broodje. Er is in de omgeving niets. Wel een heerlijk restaurant/bowling. Dat is wel een aanrader. Als de wil er is kan je hier best een redelijke accomodatie van maken.

Kundenservice sieht anders aus!

Das Zimmer fand ich wie folgt vor: 1. Der Zugangscode klappte erst nach dem 4. Versuch, obwohl die ersten drei Male auch nicht anders ausgeführt. 2. Alle 3 Fenster gekippt, auch die beiden im Flur. Gegen 20.30 h Check-In. Zu dieser Zeit Außentemperatur minus 0,5 Grad. Dementsprechend war das Zimmer ausgekühlt samt dem Bettzeug. 3. Aus der Lüftung im Bad war ein unterschwelliges Geräusch wahrzunehmen, auch bei geschlossener Badtüre. 4. In einer Ecke bei der Fensterfront lag ein undefinierbares, rotes Etwas. Zudem spinnwebenartige Gebilde. Die Punkte 2. und 3. gab ich noch am gleichen Abend dem Hotelbesitzer über das Formular „Wie war Ihr Check-In?“ bekannt. Ich konnte dort keinesfalls übernachten und war gezwungen, mir am gleichen Abend eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu organisieren. Nachdem ich keinerlei Reaktion erfuhr, rief ich am nächsten Vormittag das Hotel an. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen Das Tel.gespräch endete mit den Worten: Schreiben Sie was Sie wollen … und dann aufgelegt. Gisela, Geschäftsreise (1 Nacht)
