Love staying here - fabulous location, excellent breakfast, lovely leisure facilities, clean and spacious rooms. There has definitely been some staff training - a noticeable improvement this visit in customer relations. The bar is a bit dark, dingy and tired.

Beautiful hotel, slightly dated in places but overall perfectly nice. Spa/pool ares is really nice although the changing room was really cold due to an open window it Feb!! Food was lovely especially dinner although the sausage and bacon at breakfast were a bit anaemic looking. We had the New Harmony suite and can highly recommend it, its huge and the bed is the most comfortable thing i have ever slept in!

Restored mill building in the heart of the New Lanark complex. Makes it easy for parking and then walking the site. Various dining options available, and full breakfast included. Bedrooms are large, spacious and comfortable. Our room overlooked the River Clyde. Staff friendly and welcoming

Hotel itself was bueatifull. Pool facilities lovely. When we had dinner the items on the menu they didnt have. Wasnt asked for ages if we wanted a drink costomer service at dinner poor untill a young girl had to try sort it out.

Amazing time, room was lovely, staff very helpful and food was delicious. Minor minor negative point, phone signal poor due to the area and WiFi present but not the best. Pool facilities were great with gym swim sauna and steam room all clean. Even with the small negative id be back tonight and definitely will return.

The Falls of Clyde walk was lovely. About 3/4 mile all in. The hotel was lovely, not too busy. Pool was empty and water not too cold. Big clean room. Breakfast was a little disappointing, some missed items, overdone eggs and burnt potato scone. Partner had eggs Benedict also overdone and cold but also had the continental option of toast, cereal, fruit cup, yoghurt and a few pastries. 3 out of 5.

Stay spoiled by next room having a v major domestic - screaming and swearing in the early hours - but can't blame the hotel for that

Disappointing stay

Room was big, bed was very uncomfy, could feel the springs, dusty, carpets need a good hoovering, no soap in bathroom, dinner at night was excellent, breakfast in the morning chaotic, one person running around working other 2, maybe needs more training, still waiting on our pot of tea for breakfast, scenery beautiful, sadly we won’t be back to stay.
