Very clean hotel lovely breakfast rooms great if not a little cold early October, young man on reception amazing and books trips for you and works hard to get the best deals , only thing is the location , no resterants near by so nowhere for an evening meal , just supermarket shopping , ok with a car , there’s a very good bus near by which as a couple would be ok as runs late in and out of Gerome, but as a solo traveler quite lonely x

The hotel was lovely and the rooms too. Only 15 minutes walk to Uchisar Castle/town centre. Nice breakfast. Staff were also helpful and friendly. I definitely would stay here again.

Réception non professionnelle

Logement très bon, situé un peu loin du centre. Néanmoins, une réception très peu agréable et professionnelle. Nous avions réservé deux chambres séparément et avons donc demandé s’il était possible de ne pas avoir à changer de chambre sur les 2 jours (ne pas Check out puis refaire un Check in): impossible, pas de flexibilité. Nous avons donc dû laisser nos affaires à la réception entre 11h et 14h et refaire notre Check in. De surcroît, nous avons donc dû refaire un Check in, qui a pris une demi-heure avec notre repas refroidi, la réception qui ne comprenait pas l’anglais ne trouvait pas notre réservation avec notre passeport (il ne savait juste pas lire l’emplacement du nom et du prénom…). Enfin, nous avons été débité deux fois, plus que prévu (46+14e, au lieu de 56 euros). Dommage car l’hôtel est agréable, sans la réception.

Harika Bir Kapadokya Deneyimi!

Uçhisar’da geçirdiğimiz 4 günlük konaklamamız boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Otele adım attığımız andan itibaren çalışan ablaların, resepsiyondaki beyfendinin samimiyeti ve güler yüzü bizi çok etkiledi. Misafirlerin konforu için gerçekten özenle ilgileniyor ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Odamız son derece temiz, konforlu ve zevkle dekore edilmişti. Kahvaltısı ise taze, çeşitli ve çok lezzetliydi; her sabah ayrı bir keyifti. Türk kahvaltısının ününü duyan yabancı erkek arkadaşım için bu kahvaltı çok özeldi diyebilirim. Çok doyurucu ve her sabah farklı çeşitte kahvaltılıklar geliyordu. Otelin konumu da hem sakinlik hem de bölgedeki gezilecek yerlere kolay ulaşım açısından çok idealdi. Kısacası, hizmet kalitesi, misafirperverlik ve detaylara gösterilen özen bu oteli Kapadokya’da unutulmaz kılıyor. Tüm ekibe misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz! Artık bu otel bizim için çok özel diyebiliriz
