Been twice now, both times very enjoyable. Only issue was the abundance of ants roaming across the room that may have bit me. But beautiful area, great staff and would recommend aside from the antepidemic.

It’s a good basic hotel. Clean. Breakfast option was not the best, but if you have no other choice it’s not too bad. It is a nice, affordable place with required amenities and it is in a good area close to transport links to get to Milan and Como. The staff was nice.

Nice enclosed courtyard bar blooming with sweet smelling star jasmine, with comfortable chairs and love seats--perfect for an Aperol Spritz and quiet conversation. The in-house dinnertime restaurant doubled as a generous breakfast buffet. Downside: theshower entrance is very narrow and I am not. The AC had to be controlled and adjusted at the reception desk.

Couple, one night in Milan 🇬🇧

We were in Milan for a day before heading to Como and the staff /reception were more then friendly and welcoming, one offered us to come watch the football game which was so nice. The room was lovely and clean, and I loved the decor, we did pay for breakfast but didn't feel like it in the morning however the restaurant looked amazing. It was just for me and my husband so it was perfect. The only frustrating thing which isn't the hotels fault, is the location, it was so hard to go to Milan central and back from there and would cost quite a lot in taxis, however you can get a bus and metro from there as well if you are staying longer than a night. What a beautiful country.

Overall experience is good and the staff has been amazingly supportive. The only challenge I faced was the air conditioning at the room but staff changed the room and it resolve the issue. Breakfast options are very good. Dinner at hotel restaurant was also very good but a little pricey.

We were very pleased with everything at the Neo Hotel. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Getting to the center was easy. About it 450 feet to the bus stop and catch the subway wto the Duomo.

We stayed as a family of 5 for 1 night. I booked this hotel as it has a 24hr reception and our flight arrived at night. The hotel looked smart and the staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient. The room was nice and clean and I found the beds comfortable. It was also lovely and quiet. There is a kettle in the family room but you are told to use bottled water in it- why I'm not sure. The tea/coffee cups provided with the kettle weren't completely clean. I also thought that the room for a family of 5 was cramped. I was glad that we were only staying 1 night. Breakfast was nice and was included in our stay. As other reviews will have said, the hotel is a bit further out of Milan city center. I did ask about the shuttle service via email before our stay but was told that we could book a taxi (around 15 euros) to Bignami metro station. This wasn't a problem for our short stay but something to consider for a longer stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Neo but if we were to return to Milan I would find something more suitable for the 5 of us.

No way this is a 4 star hotel. This is a hard 2 star in a good day. Again cleaning became a huge issue in an European hotel. We found hairs in the shower and in the bunk bed. BE AWARE: WHILE ITS ADVERTISED THEY HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, THEY CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE IN THE FRONT DESK AND YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OF YOUR ROOM TEMPERATURE AND EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL PUT YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE THEIR SYSTEM WORKS FOR A FEW MINUTES THAN TURN BACK TO THEIR SET TEMPERATURE. Absurd! The bunk bed is not a real bed, is a sofa bed that becomes a very small bunk bed. Furniture are full of scratches and are not new. Mattresses are harder than stones. Hallways are full of dust, trash and smell funny. Parking lot is not really closed since anyone can have access to the car just going through a open door leading to it. Area around has a lot of businesses closed and looks unsafe. Front desk staff seem bothered when asked to do anything. We will never come back to this hotel.

The hotel from outside portrays a 4 start hotel image but unfortunately it isnt from the standards they offer. We booked 4 nights stay for family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). They say it had a/c but unfortunately it doesnt work and their window in our room didnt open. We spent one night without any clear ventilation. The staff wasnt helpful much at all. Next day we were given another room and that as well didnt have its a/c working but their window could open and that wasn't pleasant experience as my 8 year old autistic child had issues with it. I complaint to the management but they didnt give a damn. Also, the room quality had issues like things broken (like toilet roll holder, water kept going clogging on shower tray and going out of tray into the bathroom etc). The staff makes policy in the go. Like we were given cutlery for food ordered from outside one night but the same staff rudely didnt give us next night stating its not the policy. They also advertise many tourist destinations with certain times but its all scam. Its not close to the main attractions and please avoid if you are coming with family or expecting decent connections to attractions. Overall we had a bad experience and would avoid the hotel if i had a choice. I wouldnt give them even 3 stars if had a way. Really unhappy customer and a family.

Bel hôtel, accueil parfait avec hôtesse parlant un Français parfais. Chambre confort (4 pers), mais un peu petite. Salle de bain propre mais douche un peu petite également. Bon petit déjeuné, mais manque un peu de qualité (mais ça reste très bien)
