The room was fine but check-in was an hour long ordeal. Not what I wanted after driving for several hours. All over a $20 deposit (computer problems) after I’d paid ~$1,600 for the rooms. Cash was unacceptable. Next time I would suggest you give us the room and we try the deposit again when the system is working in the morning.

The biggest issue we had as a family was the place was short staffed. The few people working were running and nonstop so the front desk didn't answer the phone, there were only two clean towels left for a double room with 3 people. Our son just started LSU so we are looking for a place to stay often but honestly don't think it will be Indigo. Also didn't appreciate paying for coffee in the morning. My aunt, Diane Pratt also had a room and she travels and stays at Hilton's all of the time and was disappointed that her room was not cleaned, couldn't get clean towels and shortage of staff.

If you are coming to Baton Rouge for an LSU game, this is the place to stay. Excellent and well appointed rooms. They treat us like family here. LSU is a straight shot down the road. Valet parking is super easy. The staff is friendly and attentive. We used to stay at the Hilton, and the Watermark, but this is our new place now.
