I loved my stay at this hotel, the beds are comfortable, it’s really clean, quiet, the food at the restaurant is really good, employees are really nice and the check in and check out was fast, it is located in front of the Stockholm central station so you can take the metro and the bus from just a short walk from the hotel , also you can take the Arlanda express there at the central station , it will take you to the airport in 18 minutes , my overall experience was excellent, I would highly recommend it !!

We’ve used this property many times for its convenient location right by the train station. The airport train - Arlanda express, is literally a 5 min walk from the room. Easy walk to Gamala Stan and to trams / buses. Rooms, bed and bath are clean, nice and functional overall if just a bit small.

This is a great hotel with amazing views of old town. Staff was very accommodating. The only confusion is that there are 2 Radisson hotels near the central station. It should be flagged when booking a reservation to avoid confusion. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect

5 days in Stockholm - a rooms with a view.

I highly recommend Radisson Blu Waterfront. Convenient location, srylish in interiors (I had a superior suite), and friendly, relaxed and helpful staff. The breakfast is well stocked and pots of filter coffee arrive at tables in due course, although there is a machine. I couldn't get my TV to stay on for more than five minutes at a time, despite checking the settings which said that the sleep timer was not active. Online check-in didn't (nor did the kiosk on site), and refused to acknowledge my postcode, stating that the format was invalid. The reception staff were on hand to do it manually.

It was unfortunate that when we arrived, late one evening, that the room safe wasn’t operational. We were given another room, but the staff were abrupt and not particularly helpful. We had already unpacked and had to move everything ourselves. We politely tried to explain that we were not satisfied with this, but duty staff were dismissive. We were also only allocated one room key and told they had run out. Not acceptable in a hotel with this rating.

Perfect service (Gigi&Joy) - Disappointing bfast

Joy and Gigi two perfectly service minded and dedicated women!!! These women should get a raise, they should maybe be coaching the rest, if they’re not already mini bosses/ team leaders I don’t know what u are doing. But. There is one one super negative thing. Didn’t get the question on fortunately but the breakfast gets a 1/5 stars! 1. As a guest you pay 320kr/ person. Let me tell u DONT DO IT. u can get so much better food, buffé, breakfast, brunch what ever else. Promise! 1. No original Nutella - some weird tasty fake chocolate spread. 2. No fresh whipped cream. A can bottle… are we for real… 3. The desert table tasted a bit meh and ehh the only good thing was the croissant! 4. To smal of variety on chark and cheese. 5. No fresh made cappuccino, latte etc - a mashine.

Pleasant stay in Central Stockholm

Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just steps away from Stockholm Central Train Station. Many of Stockholm’s top sights, such as Gamla Stan and the museums on Djurgarten, are within walking distance of the hotel. Many shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is very clean. All the staff we had interactions with were friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend booking the Premium room. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and included a safe, a minibar and a coffee/tea maker. The bathroom was also spacious, with a walk-in shower. Also highly recommend purchasing the buffet breakfast option. The menu changes periodically. During our stay there, we were treated to such culinary delights as meatballs, roasted new potatoes, crepes, herring in mustard sauce, fresh baguettes and Danishes, lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, juices and smoothies and much more. The hotel offered two things that we really appreciated - self check-in kiosks and Google Chromecast on the TV so you can cast videos from your phone to the TV in your room. We hope that more hotels will adopt these features. The only drawback to the room is that there was no closet, only a rack for clothes out in the open and no bench for the suitcase. But overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Waterfront Blu.
