It was perfect location for Malpensa airport, the hotel bus transfers were easy from the hotel to the airport and only €5 per person but we couldn't find it for getting to the hotel so paid €15-20 per trip in taxi

Well rounded hotel and value for money

I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower.

Front desk gave excellent service. The exterior of the hotel almost looked post Soviet block. Older neighborhood but was safe. Room was dated but clean. Funny point. There was a restaurant not 50 m down the street. That was the best place we’ve eaten at since we have been in Italy! Restaurant is Samarcanda👌😘

About 10mns brisk walk from the free airport shuttle stop halfway through the 2 terminals of Malpensa airport. You can also use the hotel shuttle to get you to your terminal for a 5 euros fee. You can dine in the hotel or get a nice meal at a local restaurant only 2mns walk. Very clean and relatively quiet considering you are literally next to the airport runways.

Well what can I say. Very average hotel. Good for a night only. Decent breakfast nothing wow. Rooms basic and dated. Price should be less for what u get. The only other positive is that is a shuttle to/from airport but is paid (5 EUR/pers/one way). Also don't forget that is a night turist charge per person of 1 EUR. I know is not much but ads up to other things don't forget. Free parking around. I think if u park in the "official" parkimg is a fee after a certain time. Apparently is a charge of water bottles in the room of 2 eur/bottle but to be fair the guy from reception offer us as a gesture of good will for free. Btw if u want to walk from airport to hotel is a bit tricky because u need to walk on the road for a while and then on a path so think about it.

Great room…bad food

The actual hotel was good. The room was exactly the amount of space me and my family needed. The temperature we were able to control in the room. The bathroom was amazing. However, when I woke up in the morning, there was the smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. I had to pay for breakfast, which was €10 per person. The food was subpar. The coffee was burnt. I could not eat any of it. My children wound up eating cereal. The bacon was undercooked and the eggs just didn’t even smell right or taste right. I also had to pay for transportation from the hotel to the airport and it is the hotels minibus. It was part of the listing, and I didn’t think I had to pay extra for it. Especially after spending the amount of money I spent for just one night.

The hotel had a strong, unpleasant chemical odor throughout the corridors and our room. Additionally, the carpet in our room was soaking wet in several areas, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. In short, it felt like a $30 hostel and not a $115 hotel.

Strange location, not fun to find the hotel on your own when you are a single woman arriving Malpenza at 23:30 and you dont want to pay 20 euros for the taxi. Hotel did not reply my mail so I had no idea where to find the hotel shuttle bus. No info on hotel website about hotel shuttle service. Old and quite run down place but it was ok for the price you pay.
