Very helpful staff with plenty of information about travel and facilities in the local area. I imagine most people staying here are visiting Venice and the staff provided all the information (and tickets) required for travel into Venice. Bus stops are within easy walking distance too.

Das Personal ist top!

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits - ist wahrscheinlich das einzige Manko. Aber: das Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und entspannt, also ohne Stock in der Rückenverlängerung, auch sprachen alle gutes Englisch. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß genug. Vor dem Hotel kostenfreie Parkplätze und in 5 Minuten Entfernung Bus nach Venedig, falls nötig. Das Frühstück war auch gut und auch mit itlienischem Akzent - Croissants mit Aufschnitt und richtiger Espresso. Nochmals danke an das Personal - dadurch blieb ein toller Eindruck vom Hotel. Ich übernachte im Jahr etwa 70-80 Mal in Hotels, also habe ich Vergleich.

Nous avons eu cet hôtel en remplacement sans frais d'un autre hôtel qui a annulé notre réservation, nous n'avons donc pas payer le prix de cet hôtel donc je ne peux rien indiquer sur ce sujet. Les chambres sont spacieuse, avec tout ce qu'il faut, mais il faut mettre la carte de la chambre dans un trou à l'entrée pour faire fonctionner l'électricité dans la chambre, ce que l'on avait pas compris. Attention aussi, on ne peux accéder à l'hôtel que par un côté, l'autre côté nous emmène devant un portail gris fermé avec un interphone vers la réception qui ne fonctionne pas. Petit déjeuner à volonté pour le matin mais qui coûte cher.
