2/10 Poor

This hotel is / was closed upon arrival

The parking lot was completely dark. Check in was closed and in fact - the whole hotel was closed and didn’t give me notice. I read a sign that said walk 500 feet to another hotel to check in. Thankfully they let me stay there.

Parking was limited, black mold and cracks in the bathroom ceiling. No value for the price. Do not recommend

Should be condemned

This hotel reeked of mold the moment we stepped in the room. The a/c unit built in the wall was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. At 515 am the light was shiny through the entire room from the front door. The bathroom was like a jail cell and the 2nd floor to get to our room felt like it was going to collapse. The pool was cordemed off and the entire property looked like a crime scene

Just overall fantastic

I had to check-in other location(sister hotel) but they are nice and kind. This inn is close to main street and also grocery, so very convenient to stay there. But, the outside pool needs to be managed so that the ducks cannot enjoy swimming there!!

Best location in Hyannis, walk to restaurants and Hyline Cruise. Room was clean and big and overlooking the harbour. Spanky’s Clam Shack is a treat. Check in isn’t simple but we figured it out.

We got upgraded not sure why but stayed at a sister hotel just down the street. In October not too busy

The check in process was very confusing- you had to go to sister hotel to check in and the staff did not clearly still us where we were to got find our room or park the car.

Hotel wasn’t finished, bar and restaurant were closed. The swimming pool was green and out of use. Heavily over priced

The bathroom was small. The room itself was nice size but we saw several bugs crawling around.
Deanne, 2-night trip

i never checked in. the outside looked delapitaded, dirty- looked like a bed bug haven-
Jennifer, 1-night trip

Room was okay. No frills, bed was comfortable. Pool needs work, loud at night. Bathroom small.
Christopher, 4-night trip

Ants in room. Hot water ran out.
William, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The place looked like an absolute dump! There was no one at that location to check us in. A sign on the locked lobby door told us to go to another property in the area for check in. This was the Harbour hotel - a much better looking place so we booked there for a bit more money and had a great stay.

Room was not clean and shower was clogged. Never came to clean it or fix shower.
Alissa, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

There was no one in the office. You had to walk way down the street to check in at a different hotel. Because there was no management on the premises, teenagers were running around, pounding on floors and walls. We also found out that there was an extra charge once we checked of $70.

The bath tub water backup, i did not like that. Because they didn't fix after their last guests
Clive, 1-night trip

Taken over by another entity that does not have its act together as yet. Had to check in at one property and find my way to the other property that was not staffed. TV list had limited accuracy to what a channel offered. Thin walls so quite noisy.

Misrepresented on Expedia. No view of harbor. Basic motel drive up. Only window faced back to ally behind building. Additional property fee bogus- • no in-room bottled water • pool access- locked and in disrepair • partner property too far away and inaccessible • parking should not be considered a special fee when the property is a low end drive up motel Generally experience was one of a low budget motel that should ave cost 1/2 of the fee we paid.

Find another hotel to go to.

First, you had a check in at another hotel front office. That hotel was two blocks away. When we got to the room the room smelled very musky. I found over dozen of ants near the fridge. I try to use the phone and press the button name front desk, the message was the service is no longer available. I tried to call the main number, always busy. The hotel had a nice view of the harbor, But not worth the price.Find another hotel to go to. I stayed at the Cape about a dozen times and this is one of the worst time I had.

No hot water.

This is just an OK hotel in a good location if you want to be in downtown Hyannis, it’s a short drive to the melody tent and the conference center. Easily walkable. The room is old. However, the bed was very comfortable. The biggest problem was that we did not have hot water on the last day and I had to be at a conference at 8 AM so had to take cold shower. My husband complained went to the front desk which is down the street, and we had called too. We weren’t the only ones without hot water. It was not fixed until late morning and we checked out. The front desk told us that we would be getting a rebate or credit of some sort. That didn’t happen, I called left my number because the manager was busy. We of course, never were called back or credited anything. Thus I would not stay at this hotel ever again. I don’t need much in a hotel, just a comfortable bed, which I got in hot water which I didn’t get. I don’t think it is out of the realm of reasonability to expect some sort of credit because of that inconvenience.

Old Broken Down Motel

A run down old motel and little more. The empty broken swimming pool in the parking lot tell the story - if you are looking for more than a bed and shower that are somewhat clean, look elsewhere. My wife and I were in town for a Triathlon, so not much was needed but I would look to stay elsewhere next year.
