Fun in Old Quebec

Very nice place, very quiet and it’s in the very center of all, near all the great attractions and restaurants… the only thing is that there is no parking available…
Ray, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Great location, bit of a Fawlty Towers, the rooms are very dated, the room door deadbolt wouldn’t work, sink in the bedroom not the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and communication was great. Would have no problem staying here again for short stays
Richard, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Clise to all attractions

Great location. Ease of check in. Cute hotel
Angela, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location and value is great. Our room, especially the washroom was small for a family of 4. Parking was a bit distant from the hotel.
Jessie, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Roomy!

Very large rooms located in central area.
Paul, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Desperately needs updating Bathroom fan was taped to the ceiling very old and depressing. Stair carpet had seen better days. Our room was on the fourth floor and we had no way to adjust the heat which was 76 in October way too warm. Bed was comfortable.
Lorraine, 3-night trip

Clean and comfortable in the heart of the city

We loved the location of this hotel and the charm of an older building. We live in an 18th century home, so an older place with quirks was okay with us. If you want modern or new, this isn't the place for you. The only issues were that the cable stopped working, the internet was slow or not working, and contrary to the hotels.com/expedia filers, there is NO on-site parking. We had to book a spot in the lower town and walk. Otherwise, this spot was close to all the action, clean, and comfortable.
Skylee-Storm, 3-night trip

Cute little place
Melanie, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Bigger than expected. Had a little living room. Coffee maker microwave and mini fridge was convenient could bring leftovers from restaurants back to hotel. Close to all the popular tourist spots.
Catherine, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Very convenient location. The staff at Hotel Arcadia was very helpful & friendly. I think his name is Charles. However, room is very small & not sound proof. Strange smell when coming in to the main area from outside.

10/10 Exceptional

This property is close to Old Town and was walkable for tours, dining and seeing most parts of Old Quebec City. Loved the sitting area in our room
Robert, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

What a charming little hotel! It’s an old converted house inside the wall. Perfect location, large room. Everything we needed. We will be back!
Karen, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Place needs a serious reno, everything is old and/or broken and/or dirty. Nobody at reception, left a message at the number they give to say the AC didn't work, never got a call back. Place is also extremely noisy - can hear the neighbors talk, air vent in the bathroom very loud etc. Only good thing about the place is its central location.
Gwendal, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Understandable how it can be hard to find a place for parking, the lady directed us to a parking lot about 4 minutes walk from the hotel, everything went perfect!
