Lovely family weekend away

Lovely hotel with great friendly staff (in the bar and restaurant especially!) think it’s so good when they provide so many games and things to do including bingo night which was a lot of fun! Breakfast was fantastic and rooms lovely. Only issue we had was it’s really noisy outside with cars constantly passing horning and revving and the velux windows don’t shut! Otherwise the hotel itself is really quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Initial room offered had not been cleaned from the previous guests. But manager offered an alternative room quickly which included a room upgrade. Cleaning lady came to update the bed arrangement in this new room and entered the room without knocking. Not the best housekeeping experience. Apart from this, hotel location is great and staff in the bar and reception were friendly and helpful.

Luxury at an affordable price.

This little hotel was SO faboulos, and decorated for Christmas with great taste. Rooms were spacious, clean and very confortable. A special breakfast expierience, where you order, what you want from the waiter, and only basics on the buffet. Great! And the coffee - delicious.

Lovely clean friendly hotel. Very near to the beach. 5 min walk. Welcoming bar, pool, games room and restaurant for meals/ snacks all day and early evening. Private Car parking at £10 daily. Room serviced daily. Do not come if you dont like dogs! Dogs are welcomed in some of the rooms and certain hotel areas.

Nice and cozy hotel

The room was beautiful, the shower big, but the water had low pressure. The Lounge was also beautiful and the breakfast was good (English breakfast with good sausege). My little doggie Shih-tzu, was welcomed and happy, with cuddles from the staff and other guests.

First family mini trip

Our first mini break away with our 4 month old. We stayed a couple of nights and used it as a base to visit surrounding areas. Great facilities for her first swim! Spacious modern rooms. Hotel very clean throughout and all staff reception, bar, waiting and cleaning were so friendly and even stopped just to say hello when passing. Will definitely recommend in the future.

We stayed in march with a 15 month old baby. Room was very good, we had one bed next to the wall, so baby was safe not to fall out. Excellent location of the hotel, quiet nights, good food choices for the dinner (steak and burger were especially delicious), also it was quiet during dinner times at both bar and restaurant areas. Water in the main swimming pool was too cold for the baby to go in, but we enjoyed jacuzzi bath. Also our baby had fun watching us play table tennis, American pool and table football. The only downside to mention is our room seemed a bit humid, probably due to some proximity to the sauna. We stayed 5 nights and interacted with different staff members, everyone were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant, relaxing stay, that we enjoyed.

Lovely hotel. Pleasant staff. Clean. Great position for beach and town. Good parking. Reasonable food prices.live music on some nights. Only downside for us was the main walls, doors and lifts to the rooms and in the rooms need either repainting or a good scrub down. Lots of scuffs and hand prints in the sunlight. The breakfasts were lovely except the porridge which was revolting, like watery tapioca!

The room we initially had was on the smaller side considering how much we paid for the room and there were two adults and a toddler. It also was really hot with a broken AC unit. We tried to get through the first night but unfortunately all of us struggled to sleep. The next morning we spoke to the lady on the reception who was kind enough to offer us an alternative room on a higher level, the room was a lot more spacious and had a sea view. Besides the issues with the room, the hotel itself is lovely, perfectly located with super friendly staff and alternative leisure activities if you don’t fancy the sea side. Sita working at the bar was amazing with our three year old and the food was faultless. Would definitely book again.

I wouldn't say there was anything unique about the property. the breakfast was good selection and it was well presented and the staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was tired. The games room could do with more entertainment other than a pool and table tennis. the rooms was small. shower head needed changing as it sprayed water everywhere. for myself and 2 kids, we had a double bed and one single, which didn't work for us plus the room was tiny.
