Excellent Quiet and Clean

Regular visitor. Always clean, friendly staff, lovely rooms and great food. Only minor criticism would be that there is typically only one staff member on breakfast/check-out which can mean a few minutes waiting, but other than that, an excellent place to stay !

Room was clean but the general.feel of the room was that it needs some renovation. The rooms have generally been the same since i first used the hotel nearly 10 years ago. The matress was awful and i struggled to sleep...and the television is so small (and old) its hard to see it.....tv reception is also poor.

Excellent value stay, much better than one of the bigger chains at this price point. The rooms were spacious and clean, our only frustrations were the car park flood lights which shone into the bedroom through the night, and then the early morning food delivery that was unloaded just outside the bedrooms. But I think we were just unlucky on both. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast included in our rate was first class. Will definitely stay again

Been many times. The food is good the staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Accommodation is comfortable, no aircon, but fans are provided. I will be staying again as I prefer to stay with smaller businesses rather than the big hotels

As always the staff are helpful and welcoming. The good sized rooms are always clean. This time the WiFi was poor cutting out occasionally. The restaurant is comfortable with well spaced tables. The evening meals are always well cooked as is breakfast. I'll be back 😁

Nice hotel though some points of attention

Hotel and room were fine for a overnight stay. Room was clean and was in een adjacant building. The corridor in between could have a proper clean though. THe partition in the carpark is too high for low hanging cars as well as there are many holes in the road surface of the carpark ain (first impression upon arriving) Service in the restaurant was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel, lunch disappointing.

Overall a great stay. Only negative was the lunch, a beef sandwich which I returned because it only had two small pieces of beef. The replacement was my original sandwich shoved back together with more beef, however the meat had large pieces of fat in it. Not impressed for £10.

Well presented hotel, clean and tidy. Room 17 has 2 single beds the one on the left has an herendous mattress. SPRINGS newrly poking through. Tv remote hit and miss No fruit or yoghurt at breakfast. Cold fresh coffee Overal i was expecting a good standard, i was disappointed. My team are staying next week i hope its better.

Lost in Time (Keeping)

All good generally apart from the bar. Tried to fet a drink at 10.45 (they said the bar clised at 11) but was refused as they said they had already locked up. Won't go there again!
