Otherwise really nice, and good location to the sports arenas close by, but for some reason our room was visited only once by housekeeping during a four night stay.

Location is good, with bus stops nearby for getting around Innsbruck and surrounding areas. Room was good and comfortable however there seems to be an issue with flies in the area. The first room we were offered was infested with them, and we changed to an alternative and i did notice after a few days numerous flies on the outside of one of the windows, which meant we couldn't open in. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which at Eur 20 was the worst value for money. The quality and variety on offer was poor.

AC needs maintenance

I’m always happy with my stays in any Hilton hotels, same goes to this one too! However, we encounter only 1 problem, both of the rooms we booked and stayed have air-cond issues, we felt too warm in the room while sleeping so we didn’t get good night sleep that night.

Fint hotell men litt utenfor sentrum

Vi booket to suiter da vi er en stor familie (7 stk). Rommene var veldig fine. Hvis jeg skulle til Innsbruck en gang senere ville jeg valgt et hotell nærmere bykjernen, dette ligger litt på utsiden og vi endte opp med å gå 30 min eller kjøre inn for å spise, shoppe, titte. Hotellet hadde besøk av et stort sangkor (70-80 stk) når vi var der og dette skapte store problemer med avviklingen av frokost. Det ble lange køer og lite mat. Frokosten hadde i tillegg 1 barnestol, de dagene vi var der var det til enhver tid bruk for 3-4. Dette koster €100 å løse og ville bli satt pris på av familier med små barn.

Zimmer OK, Frühstück Durchschnitt, schlechte Klima

Angenehmes und sauberes Zimmer, allerdings mit Bevormundung bei der Klimatisierung. Die Klimaanlage ist offenbar zentral gesteuert und lässt keine Kühlung zu, wenn bestimmte Außentemperaturen herrschen. Es werden sämtliche Temperatureingaben ignoriert, die sogar an der Steuerung unter 10 Grad reichen. Dafür ist die Anlage auf unterster Lüfterstufe bereits tosend laut, ohne jeglichen, kühlenden bzw. entfeuchtenden Effekt. Ich lasse mich ungern bei der Klimatisierung derart bevormunden und erwarte hier ein freie Regelung durch den Gast, insbesondere im Sommer. Das Frühstück war nur Durchschnitt bei der Auswahl ohne Überraschungen. Dazu kam, dass die für eine Reisegruppe reservierten Plätze nicht von der Reisegruppe genutzt wurden, sondern der reguläre Raum füllte sich. Das Buffetareal ist für meinen Geschmack viel zu klein bemessen für ein Haus dieser Größe. Man steht sich sprichwörtlich gegenseitig auf den Füßen. Insgesamt leider nur eine durchschnittliche Erfahrung in einem Hilton Hotel.

The hotel and amenities were pretty standard - clean and fairly comfortable, but out of date. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning could not keep up. The pet fee of $40 per night was absolutely absurd. The location is okay - it's right across the street from the Olympic complex. Not a ton of food options, but with the free public transit pass it's a short journey to central Innsbruck. The train station is close by car, but I would not call it walking distance, at least not with luggage. We booked late and our options were limited, which is why we stayed here. I would certainly come back to Innsbruck, but I would not stay here again.

Our bathroom smelled like raw sewage for the entire stay. The staff said they called in a technician but the issue was never fixed and we could not move rooms. It's really a problem - avoid rooms on the first floor if possible. My roommate and I were sick with mold allergies.

Wir waren wegen einem Sport Event in der Olympiahalle da. Ist natürlich super da das Hotel direkt gegenüber ist Wir wären gerne früher als 15 Uhr ein gecheckt das war aber nicht möglich.
