Coming from the USA this hotel was terrible and I only gave 2 stars because the beach was nice but a hike up and down. Pool was nice but freezing cold! Rooms had no air conditioning and it was facing the sun. We couldn’t open the sliding door because the mosquitos kept biting me. I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. This was also a 60 and plus hotel with everyone smoking. Manager was on site the whole time which was nice to see but they really really need to update this hotel!

RATS & rude staff. The LAST time I ever come here.

This was my 5th visit to this hotel but sadly, IT WILL BE MY LAST. The hotel is on its knees. It desperately needs investment. The view & location are incredible (paradise) but everything else is sadly TERRIBLE now. The hotel has always been a bit creaking but you were able to forgive this in the past because of the stunning views & location & friendliness of the staff. However, in the year since my last visit, the best staff have left and everything has BROKEN. The remaining staff are generally unpleasant and demoralised. I was checked in by Jana on reception. She was rude and obnoxious. She clearly hates her job and the customers. The gym equipment is broken and dangerous and quite frankly should be shut down (see photos). The sauna broke on my last day too. There are two lifts in the main body of the hotel - one was broken the entire stay and the other one broke too on my penultimate day. The hotel has a rat problem. During my stay, there were two dead rats around the pool (see photos). There were cockroaches in the rooms. Water started to pour from the ceiling in my room (photo). The maintenance man was quick to fix it (the AC). The cleaner who came to mop up was the nicest member of staff (the cleaners were always friendly). She was very apologetic and said this happens "siempre" (always)! The waiting staff in the dining room are miserable and ignore you when you say hello or goodbye. One evening, the chicken breasts were even undercooked. AWFUL - very sad.

We were put in a room on the third floor, the room itself was clean and well presented, but the outside was in a state of disrepair. There was a panel hanging off the wall, lights not working and lots of walls that needed repair and painting. We reported the issue to be told they could move us the following day, but when we went to reception and spoke to Carlos, he said that this was not possible, only the manager could authorise it but, strangely they were not available!! The location is great, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, only one lift works and the building needs lots of maintenance

Check in very slow not sure what the problem was, the rooms are tired and need updating, food was ok nothing great and the drinks were awful poor quality, service behind the bar slow, a very large complex so people with mobility issues may have problems where sunbathing due to slopes, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10 realising you get what you pay for

Das Personal war freundlich und srach teilweise deutsch. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze für Gäste. Der Pool war leider nicht so gereinigt, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die Einrichtung ist in die jahre gekommen und könnte grundlegend renoviert werden. Das Essen war gut und einigermaßen abwechslungsreich. Die Regeln bezüglich der Bekleidung zum Abendessen wurden vom Personal nicht umgesetzt und auch das Verhalten der anderen Gäste wurde nicht im geringsten beachtet. Es war bis sehr spät in der Nacht laut und ein Gast übergab sich ins Blumenbeet. Mehrere Tage nach dem Vorfall war das erbrochene immer noch im Beet. Insgesamt werden wir nicht wiederkommen

Awful hotel. Dirty rooms, poorly lit corridors which made us feel unsafe with young people drinking in lift areas, no air con, no kettle. Very scruffy hotel and around pool area SHOULD NOT BE 4 STAR HOTEL. VERY UNHELPFUL AND HOSTILE RECEPTIONISTS. Wouldn't move us to better rooms as apparently they were superior rooms. RECEPTIONIST would not allow us to speak with manager, so left it with Expedia to to help us, but no such luck. We had no choice but to leave. I come to the island 3 times a year and stay in 3 star and 4 star hotels with lovely rooms, grounds and exceptional staff, so consider myself as a very well seasoned traveller to fuerteventura for 10 yrs plus and NEVER received such shocking treatment. EXPEDIA AND SBH i expect better service/help from you

Positiv: super Strand mit direktem Zugang. Kaum Leute ausser vom Hotel und vereinzelt Einheimische. Quasi ein Privat- / Naturstrand. Große Pools Keine Liegenbelegung Zimmer mit Meerblick Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal Negativ : Mobiliar etwas alt und kaputt.....für uns war es aber ok. Essensauswahl - mehr Vielfalt wäre wünschenswert nicht alle Gerichte waren lecker, aber man hat immer etwas gefunden, was geschmeckt hat.

È la nostra seconda volta, dopo anni, in questo Hotel, scelto per il fantastico mare e la meravigliosa spiaggia incontaminata.La struttura non è recente ma soddisfa ogni richiesta grazie alla cordialità e alla disponibilità del personale ma soprattutto del direttore (italiano…ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa!) Eccellente il team dell’animazione Acttiv, sotto la guida dello straordinario Luca!E con i ricordi indimenticabili di questa vacanza Vi auguriamo buon lavoro, con la speranza di rivederci presto!!!

Una de las camareras del restaurante fue borde con nosotros. Es un hotel qué necesita reforma pero es correcto y tiene unas vistas espectaculares al océano. Tiene varias piscinas y los socorristas son muy serviciales.

La restauration n'est plus ce qu'elle était avant, (clients depuis quinze ans), pas de clim pendant les trois semaines dans les chambres et donc envahis par les moustiques, donc mal dormi. Très décevant par rapport aux autres années. Personnel super gentil et à nos petits soins.

El personal excelente. Le hace falta restaurar y poner al día muchas cosas. Las cortinas, colchas y colchones de las habitaciones viejas. Instalaciones del exterior poco cuidadas, al igual que zonas del interior como jacuzzi, baño turco, gimnasio, etc. la animación libra los sábados!!!!
