Just returned, had a great time in Jersey, all the better because of our stay here. Excellent food, hotel very clean, food really was great. Staff so helpful and friendly, from reception to restaurant. Comfortable bed and added bonus of daily free bus to St Helier town centre, at Libert bus station.

Lovely hotel in its own grounds. Bedroom overlooking the pool was a little dated bathroom was small. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a shuttle bus to take guests into St. Helier entertainment 2 nights out of the 3 we stayed would have preferred entertainment each night. Could have full english breakfast we opted for continental which was lovely. Done bar snacks hot/cold which were a little overpriced 2 slices of bread cut into 4 with beef on bit of salad and some crisps £11.

Lovely hotel. Grounds were immaculate, and pool / spa areas were always well kept. Rooms were comfortable and breakfasts / dinners were excellent. Convenient courtesy service into St. Helier. My only slight complaint was low water pressure in the shower at peak times. I would highly recommend this hotel and thank the staff for all their hard work

Needs some love.

The staff at the hotel were super, whether that was reception or restaurant staff. However, the hotel is tired and old and in need of redecoration. The bedroom was very dated and the bed that i had, had a huge dip in the middle. The shower room was serviceable but very basic. I could hear the person in the next room snoring which was a bit disconcerting. The outside area is in complete contrast and is super, with a lovely pool area for the summer months. The breakfast was nice but again somewhat basic, only filter coffee on offer but the poached eggs were cooked to perfection.

Overall not great - dated, but clean

Pros: really clean, staff lovely, lovely pool and hot tubs, beautiful gardens. Cons: really very tired and dated. Breakfast was very sad, limited offering of continental, took ages to bring us teas and coffees. Was so abysmal we ate breakfast elsewhere the other days. Shame as it if was modernised the place would be lovely. Room was also VERY basic, mattress was not comfy, bathroom door didn’t close and toilet right by your head if you lie in bed! We left the hotel after two days and went somewhere else. Real shame, overall not great.

Chambres extrêmement mal isolées..... hôtel très vieillot, éloigné du centre de St helier.... attention des animations sont proposées style club vacances....et quand le soir il y a musique....il vaut mieux ne pas avoir envie de dormir ... hyper déçue même si la dame qui m'a trouvé une solution pour me changer de chambre était top....(Toilettes qui ne fonctionnent pas.... à la réception on me propose de venir chercher une clé de chambre à côté de la mienne pour pouvoir aller aux toilettes durant la nuit en attendant de trouver une autre chambre le lendemain...) Scandaleux et shame sur cette réceptionniste....

I had a breakfast only and the mini croissant is delicious! The bed is very comfortable the room was nice and clean , I think the aviary was disturbing for me as the hotel is in a beautiful nature surrounds that the bird should be free ! And they had a party very noise which I was unaware too much noise from the other rooms ! But it was only one night overall very good

Hotel is walking distance to St Helier as long as you don't mind the up hill bit in the return, nice grounds, clean carpets and excellent waiting staff who couldn't be more polite. The hotel must be fairly old, the walls between the rooms are quite thin and you can hear other rooms along with creaky floor boards which spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay.
