I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to say this was a great hotel choice. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast included. Spacious and well-maintained rooms. We are a family of four with 2 seven year olds and we were pleased with our stay. It's also a short walk to the train station, so you don't need a water taxi or to take the vaporetto.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It's nice and quiet and within walking distance to everything still keeping you away enough from the hustle and bustle of tourist making it feel like a home away from home. Beautiful hotel set outside the busy area. Very easy walking distance to the grand canal and some very nice restaurants near by. Breakfast was good, but the eggs were “ok”, pastries were excellent. Front desk was friendly and able to make all taxi bookings via WhatsApp. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Only missing a bathrob to make it a perfect stay. Would return and recommend.

A fantastic hotel in old Venice

This is a really great hotel, especially considering it's location in old city Venice right by the water srounded by ancient buildings. The hotel has been refurbished and modernised but remains tight in space. The staff are friendly and helpful and as always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
