Lovely Hotel with Great Breakfast

This is a very nice hotel, conveniently located near the Christmas market. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. We just a few minor things that we wished were different. Parking is a total nightmare during the Christmas market (not the hotel's fault), so we ended up driving around in circles for 90+ minutes until finding an open spot at a parking garage. The hotel only has a few spots available and they were spoken for when we made the request about a month before our stay. Definitely make your request early if you can because the nearest garage is an easy 7-minute walk. Outside of that, I would've preferred something other than an all-in-one shampoo and body wash option (it was hard on my hair). And there was no curtain on the bathroom window. It's a small window, so we were able to just put something in front of it. Minor things, of course, that wouldn't stop me from staying here again. I would just come prepared with my own shampoo/conditioner next time.

Hôtel bien situé, pratique car proche du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. En revanche, plusieurs points m'ont déçue : l'accueil a été froid, en particulier de la part d'une réceptionniste peu aimable. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise : les livraisons dans la cour dès 5h30 m’ont réveillée chaque matin. La lumière extérieure reste allumée la nuit et éclaire la chambre. Enfin, une seule serviette de bain un peu juste quand on veut se laver les cheveux. Globalement, l’établissement ne correspond pas au niveau attendu.

Das Hotel ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten ein schönes Dachzimmer. Ruhige Gegend und gut gelegen. Ca. 5-10 min zu Fuss zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es hat einige Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und wenn diese voll sind gibt es ein Patkhaus zum vergünstigten Preis.

Lovely hotel in a lovely city.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Dragon, the reception staff who greeted us were very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The hotel is on a side road a short walk into the centre of town so great location. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable, also quiet. The bed was very comfy & we were glad of the air con due to us visiting while there was a heatwave. No parking available at the hotel but room around the corner in the multi storey car park. We really enjoyed staying here in Strasbourg & would return. Thank you to the staff at Hotel du Dragon.

I had looked forward to staying at this property, especially given the photos of the room type I selected, as it appeared to be a loft-like space in a venerable and architecturally interesting building. Furthermore, there was an indication that parking was available. INSTEAD - the room assigned was in a separate building that required access through a bike storage alley through another building to a new building in the midst of a parking lot that I was informed was already full and that I would need to park 7-10 minutes away in a municipal garage. While the location was fine and I felt the staff were engaging and helpful, I would not recommend staying here as it was a let down in terms of what I saw in the pictures and the kind of experience I felt I had paid for and reserved a full year ahead of time. Finally, I had to use the restroom at 3:00am to find it after flushing the water kept running and so at 3:15 I was dressing to go to the front desk to get help as I could not see any way to stop the water flow.

Rezervasyonda gösterilen oda ile bize verilen oda benzer bile değildi. Otelin en büyük odalarından birini tutmama rağmen yatakların yanından sürtünerek geçmemiz gerekti. Gösterilen oda iyi bir dekorasyona sahip olmasına rağmen kötü dekore edilmiş, masasının ayağı çıkan, boy aynası sallanan, banyo lavabosu çocuklara asla uygun olmayan bir odaydı. Kahvaltı temiz ve taze ama 18 Euro çok pahalı özellikle domuz yemiyorsanız bi kruvasan bi kahve için fazla. Personel iyi ve yardımsever.

Kleines, aber feines Hotel in super Lage für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Da die Parkplätze im Hotel belegt waren haben wir in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus geparkt- es war nur 4 min entfernt und auch nicht teurer als das Parken im Hotel. Wir sind zu Fuß sogar zum Europäischen Parlament gelaufen - schöne, flache Strecke entlang der Ill. Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis - nur zu empfehlen 👍
