Delightful stay

I booked a small room with a single bed, and got a lot of features for the money. I had everything I needed in the room and the most wonderful breakfast included. Being able to open the window for fresh air was so appreciated. The hotel areas are comfortable and spacious. There were bigger options available but this suited me and my budget as a solo traveller.

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Bokat dubberum som visade sig ha två enkelsängar. Sängarna var inte i hopkopplade så min flickvän föll i golvet och slogs sig under natten när sängarna gled isär. Trappan och området runt entrén till hotellet var fullt med cigarettfimpar, inte så kul första kontakt, riktigt äckligt. Man utger sig för att vara ett fyrstjärnigt hotell men rummet hade ingen ventilation eller luftkonditionering, bara en golvfläkt. Hotellet var fullbelagt under vistelsen men man hade inte dimensionerat frukostserveringen. Lång väntan och borden städades inte av så gäster fick stå och vänta på att få sittplats.
