Disappointing Stay at Hotel Elysso – Would Not Recommend**
I stayed at Hotel Elysso for two nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
**Room Issues:**
From the first day, the shower faucet was a big problem. No matter if you turn it to the right, left, or keep it in the middle, only extremely hot water comes out—so hot it could burn you! There was no way to get cold or even warm water.
**Noise Problems:**
On the second night, around midnight, I suddenly heard a very loud industrial noise in my room. It sounded like a huge A/C machine or water pump. The noise was so strange and loud that it made it impossible for me to sleep. I went out to the balcony to check if the sound was coming from outside, but there was nothing—just silence outside.
**Poor Customer Service:**
I complained to the reception, and both the owner and the receptionist came to my room. They acted like they couldn’t hear anything or said the noise might be from outside. I asked to be moved to another room, but they completely ignored my request and just walked away. I even told them I had an early morning flight and needed to wake up at 6 am to be at the airport by 7, but they still didn’t care or offer any help.
**Breakfast:**
The breakfast was just okay. If you’re in a hurry, don’t expect much—the coffee water was not even hot.
