Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay for a last minute booking in Nagano city. My only grip was that the rooms HVAC was slow to change temperatures. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again though. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had good options.

Extremely convenient place to stay. If you're a JR Pass User like me, This is hands down, the place to stay. It's literally in front of Nagano Station, what could be more convenient than that? There's especially so much to see around here that you definitely can make great use of your JR Pass while staying here. I also recommend the Katsu Restaurant in the 3rd floor of the station, it's to die for. Had a great time!

Perfect for a weekend in the Japanese Countryside

The hotel was a perfect business hotel tucked away on the 5th floor. It wasn't hard to find and the staff was amazing. I enjoyed the room and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It took some time to adjust to the weather in the summer, but the hotel staff warned us and even offered free rental umbrellas. I enjoyed the community and area.

A lot of places to eat, a don quijote and a mall across the bridge. A few steps from Nagano train station. We accidentally left an item in our room and the staff assisted in shopping the item to our next hotel.

Hotel location is superb- just 1 min walk from Nagano station connected at level 2F ( Zenkoji exit) by a link way to the building where hotel Sotetsu Fresa is. Lots of restaurants at mall at the station and around the hotel.
