I was really impressed by the warm, affectionate service oriented spirit of everyone and I love the variety/freshness of the breakfast. The staff at the Kempinski made our 20th anniversary special and memorable! The spa was amazing-especially the pedicure. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, till the moment we left, we were treated like special as if we were the only guests. Richard, the concierge, was nothing short of amazing! His attentiveness, attention to detail, desire to meet our every need (and we had many), made this vacation one of our best yet! He’s truly a gem to the brand! The “lady in red” delivered hand written “happy anniversary” notes to our room along with other treats daily. Our daily breakfast visit was another delight and Mavis made sure our morning was special. There are so many more members of the staff that also provided this level of detail and care. We highly recommend the Kempinski hotel. Because of the love we received, we plan to visit again soon and bring our family members. Thanks again!

Amenities-10 out of 10 Room-6 out of 10, I rated this way because more attention is needed in this area. Getting in/out of the bathtub is challenging. Either create an entry door into the bathtub that allows guests to walk in/out or eliminate the bathtub option and create walk in showers. The way it is set up now makes it hard for children and people with mobility limitations. Also, there weren't enough towels for 2 people, so we had to request more and for some reason the towels are not given in any type of sequence. For example, we had 2 bath size towels, one hand towel and zero face towels as opposed to 2 of everything. Staff-10 out of 10. Very accommodating!!! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Property-10 absolutely stunning!! I can't even put into words the beauty of the hotel. AMAZING!!

Worst experience ever..don’t ever stay here!

I am sick and at 3 am the hotel manager, German women I think racist against Jews and blacks, called the police and made me leave my hotel because the food bill link wasn’t working. Even though I was staying at the most expensive room you can stay in. It was pre paid for 5 days. My food bill could have been dealt with the next day. Since I was woken up in the middle of the night I ended up paying the food bill in full and the German woman Gm said you have to leave. Wouldn’t let me in my room to pack my stuff, now my medicine is missing as well as my iPad. they were very happy to keep my 6,000 dollars I prepaid for my 4 nights..claimed they would refund me. I have never been treated so poorly. Do not stay at this hotel! I own several hotels and would never do this to a guest..security, the police all couldn’t believe it. Perhaps she was hitters granddaughter.
