Good location, very clean, affortable. comfortable, good staffs. Specially desk managers Amin and Camila is very nice and helpful. Their small helps made me more happy than money and I will think to stay again in future if these guys are there.

A nice stay but...

The hotel was nice staff would good too only issue was the AC going out which was werid cause we had 3 people come to the room to tell us the AC was working but it takes a while to come on but it never came on turned out it was broken throughout the whole hotel cant understand why they couldnt tell us that from the start instead of leaving us to suffer in 30 degree heat during the night no ventilation at all not ideal if youve a young kid cause it gets very warm in the room

I would not recommend this place. They had people gathering outside my room window at all times of the night , 1:00 am , 3:00 am , 5:00 am, screaming and playing music. The air conditioning unit did not work. Terrible place. Not worth the money.

Very convenient location . About 6 min max to walk from a train . Buffet food for breakfast was amazing. They have hot tea and cappuccino and lots of food. Supermarket right next to the train station or half way to the hotel there is a gas station . You can buy big bottles of water there any food . Lady’s make sure you have conditioner for your hair have it with you( hotel don’t provide) make sure you go see a Brugges ( it totally changed my mind about Belgium) it was recommended to me by a front seat Lady. On this trip make sure you go on a good weather day you will take a mini bout trip so take your sunglasses and a hat. Lots of restaurants and the best Choclate there And amazing stores for cloth and shoes. Try to be there no later then 11 you will spend all day there must wear snickers no heals 😊.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days.. in general me and my partner thinks everything was alright, apart from a 5-10 mins walk going to Ruisbroek train station which is a little bit of a mission, the street you pass by as you head to the hotel is dark and feels a bit dodgy. (Make sure you don’t walk there on your own) In addition, the hotel staff cleaning the rooms seems to have issues with personal hygiene, she gave us a new set of towels and toilet paper in the morning for a couple of episodes and she smells really horrible. Her smells even lingers inside our bedroom and it really is disappointing.. but, I would still recommend this hotel to people who are on a tight budget as it is cheap and cheerful ..

O quarto jamais poderia ser vendido para utilização de três pessoas. Não há condições sequer, de que 3 pessoas transitem no quarto ao mesmo tempo, e quando estão, não há espaço nem para que se abra uma mala, se apoie os pertences, enfim, é um cubículo com um vaso fechado por duas paredes e uma porta de compensado, separadamente um box com porta de vidro com as dimensões unicamente de uma pessoa em pé e pia com espelho na parte de fora, no ambiente do quarto. O local é péssimo. Horrível. Parece uma área industrial, sem absolutamente nada por perto, nem transporte.

Buongiorno tutto perfetto. Iniziando dalla pulizia, camera pulita. Bagno pulito compreso doccia, receptionisti molto gentili, e ad ogni domanda una risposta molto cordiali. Sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazioni. E gia la seconda volta che veniamo in questo hotel. E ci ritorneremo. Buona giornata da me e il mio compagno ospiti per 4 giorni. Prezzo ottimo!!!!!! Horrible noise at midnight with the leaking water

There was continuous noises and disturbances due to the leakage of the water pipe on the 1st floor at around 2-4am which was the normal sleeping hours of human. It seriously affected the quality of sleep together with hygiene of the corridor badly. I complained to the reception and the management but no response nor reply unfortunately.

Obviously for the cost, we weren’t expecting the Ritz, but we did book a triple room for 3 people, only got given 2 towels and had to make the bunk bed up ourselves as if we were in a hostel or something. The glass door on the shower (reflected in the mirror to anyone on one of the beds) totally lacked privacy, as did the non-lockable toilet door. The toilet light went off after about 10 seconds and you had to do a little dance on the loo to get it to come back on. Breakfast was plentiful and the beds were comfortable but it just felt that the layout of the room hadn’t really been thought through. Charging for parking in that location (and charging so much) on top is a bit cheeky.

Comme le nettoyage ne se fait pas tous les jours, les traces restent dans la cuvette de la toilette pendant des jours sans être nettoyées.
