A great hotel with great facilities and friendly staff! It is very central to everything you require - shops, restaurants, beach, train/bus stations. It's like staying on a ship as you really do not need to leave the hotel as it has all the facilities!

It was a very convenient location. Reserved parking and coming in and out with the vehicle was no trouble at all. I thank the wonderful staff for their service. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, quiet and great views. The hotel also had a well equipped gym. The only thing I would mention is that at night the WIFI tends to get overwhelmed and stops/runs slow.

That was the first time we stayed at Bulgaria Hotel after the renovation, and I am impressed with the current condition of the hotel. We enjoyed the room, casino, and the breakfast. We parked our car fifty meters away the hotel on the street (there is a parking charge between 8 AM till 7 PM in workdays) and walked. Certainly, the best option in Burgas.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was very neat and clean and in great condition. We found the bed to be very comfortable. And the washroom was spotless. Room service was also pretty good. We stayed on the 15th floor where you see the whole city through the windows. Overall I’d say somewhere between 4 to 4.5 out of 5.

This hotel was lovely, good size rooms, very comfy beds and the spa was great. breakfast was very hit and miss, our first day was excellent but the last day everything was stale! also, I emailed in advance to ask if they provided soya milk, and they replied yes. However there was only almond milk as a dairy alternative. Vegetarians beware - very little for you in Burgas! Still, overall a great stay

The room was very standard nothing special, with all necessary. I’d like to mention that the fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in my whole life in many 5 stars brand name hotels all over the world. About the restaurant, compliments to the chef because my dinner was IMPRESSIVE. Unfortunately, the breakfast was one of the worst; the coffee was horrible, no oatmilk neither oats, pastry was not fresh, its not permitted to order eggs.. after not eating my breakfast I went to a small coffee shop near the hotel and I regret not going there because their breakfast and coffee were amazing..

Hotel Bulgaria - Burga’s poshest business hotel

Rooms are clean, the view from 11th floor is amazing. Beds are comfortable. The hotel itself is in a prime collection, and the interior very nice! The pool and sauna are great, the only downside about the pool is that it is fairly small, and there are kids swimming lessons going on for over 2 hours. Ability Spa that is downstairs is very convenient, the selection of treatment is great. I had a lovely deep tissue massage, however the masseur managed to scratch my back with her nail leaving marks. The gym is also very nice, loads of different equipment! Service was ok, and higher standard then on the street, however they could be more friendly in advising how to use the lift, the spa etc. We would like to express our thanks to one of the receptionist ladies with glasses that helped us out with the train schedule, and gave us tips and was the only personell that held a conversation with us.
