Absolutely brilliant property. The apartment was perfect for my sister and I; so spacious, modern and perfectly located. Bed was very comfy, loved the balcony too. The ladies at reception were lovely and I appreciated the email a few days out with the parking instructions. Wish we could’ve had longer here. This will definitely be my go to next time I’m in Melbourne!

Excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants and tram. Fabulous view of the city and Docklands. Mattresses need to be replaced in all bedrooms Bathrooms need a very good clean. An additional fan for the 3rd bedroom would be good. Kitchen is well provisioned

Apartments represent good value for money in a great, central location for those driving or using public transport. Great facilities. Relatively minor issue with the apartment ironed out and resolved as quickly as possible over the weekend. Communication was great. A little disappointed to have been charged for parking when the apartment has its own parking spaces, but otherwise pleased with the stay and would recommend.

The location was great but the apartment could do with some maintenance. Our apartment had ducted aircon but there were no vents in the bedrooms which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. This was not specified in the details for the apartment and if I had known there was no aircon in the bedrooms I would have booked elsewhere.

Fantastic location but apartment needs a makeover

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was in an excellent location with lovely harbour views. The main bedroom was very spacious with a good sized ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The bed had a very firm mattress which the guests found uncomfortable. 2nd bedroom was very small, the bed took up most of the space but the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately neither of the bedrooms were air-conditioned. There were 2 portable fans in the cupboards but they were both broken so our first night was not good due to the heat. After lodging a complaint, 2 working fans were provided the next day and they helped somewhat with the air circulation. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a large dining table. The second bathroom was big and had a bathtub, shower and toilet. There was a dated vinyl couch in the living room. Dust & dirt on shelves etc and the carpet had stains. The air con in the living room was very efficient and we could also open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh air. We noted the 2 fire doors located in the corridor closest to our apartment were both locked and our keys did not open them. In my opinion this could potentially be a 5 star apartment if it was given a makeover. The fabulous location could not be faulted

Great location right on the free tram area. Room was ready however wanted money to get in early to just drop our own bags off. And didn’t check their booking properly wanting extra for roll away even though I’d already paid it.. for info Roll away quality was quite good Little information about the property provided apparantly there was a pool /gym but had no information about that at the property. Could have a deep clean in bathrooms.. clean but the little things like the stand for the wash/shampoo etc was grotty..
