Early check in went well and we were shown to our room which had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. Only criticism I have is the first impression on entering the bedroom block......was how dirty the carpet on the floor and stairs is which made me wonder if I should have booked the property. But entering the bedroom changed that idea and all was well.

Terrible carpet dirty , shower was not working, next to a bar with a noisy party going on. Check in at the bar. Car park full of trash. Poor value. Expect a refund!

Friendly Hotel

Staff were really friendly and helpful (got show to my room). Room/bathroom were spotless, nice touch with the welcome chocolate on the pillow. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar so couldn’t comment. Great location for Edinburgh/airport. Would recommend & definitely use again

Not bad, not great... a good little spot to put down your head. No frills, but for the price it's not bad. Rooms are a tad dated, and the beds could be comfier (2 flat pillows aren't enough) but overall its a good nights sleep.

We arrived at about 11.30pm at property, after a short drive from Edinburgh Airport Luckily for us Leanne waited for us and showed us to our room. The room was pleasant and had coffee and tea making facilities. Ticked all the boxes

Poor condition and over priced

Windows need replaced could hear everything all night and didn’t sleep at all. You have to push the bathroom door open over the uneven floor which makes a horrendous noise. Place is quite dirty looking.

Avoid booking!!!! Failed to deliver what a standard bathroom of hotel should provide - poor condition with no toiletries, water cannot be gone in bathing area, your foot will just keep soaking in the dirty water. Didn't meet the criteria of what they list out. Tried to ask for staff's assistance but they just said nothing can help with. What a nightmare to stay in this 'hotel'.

The Blinds on the windows was letting in a lot of Light Shower was stone cold no hot water at all Bed was not comfy we thought there was a herd of elephants up above our room, you could here every movement Out side our room you was a right mess disgusting actually .
