I couldn’t fault this hotel, we was only there 1 night but it was perfect for us, we had top floor room with good views it’s a short walk to the pier and local Main Street with all the restaurants and bars so I’ve no complaints and the breakfast had plenty of choices and the full English hit the spot after a day and night on the beer :-)

Lovely victoriana property, love the olddy worldly feel but that comes with dusty broken chandeliers, doors and creaky floors but all in all a lovely lovely hotel and getting room 27 with our own private terrace was a bonus. Breakfast was plenty and nice, all in all a thoroughly pleasant hotel.

This is an old property with character. Our bedroom was compact but very clean, with everything needed for an overnight stay. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was brilliant and set us up for the day. Parking a bit problematical, but everyone was careful. Would recommend and visit again.

Absolutely spotless. Fabulous cooked breakfast including cereal, yoghurt, fruit, cooked meats etc. Parking available. Views wonderful. Location great for walking up the Orme. Only downside was the draft from the windows, room 24, but curtains fixed that and duvet could have been a bit thicker.

Brilliant

The room was clean and tidy and had everything we could need including iron, ironing board and hair dryer and the view was fantastic. The pressure was not good on the cold water tap but we could live with that, staff helpful and friendly. Lovely cooked breakfast every morning also a choice of cereals, pastries,toast and yoghurts, we were even given a sausage for our dog. Would definitely stay again.

A PLEASANT STAY

Booked this hotel as they are dog friendly and close to the town of Llandudno. Check in was easy and ALEX at reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. As I was in the third floor, he did offer to carry my bags, as there is no lift here. Room was comfortable (single. Room) although the bathroom was cramped. Hotel is in a very quiet location, but parking is restricted and can be tricky,as you have to reverse into a right driveway. Breakfast consists of some continental options and then a delicious, hot full English, which was lovely,I must say. Overall, an enjoyable stay and I would most certainly return here again. For those taking dogs, and there is a £15 charge, which is not advertised anywhere sadly.

Booked because the website stated lifts and on site parking. Parking was 5 spaces? But when cars parked there they were very close together and very awkward to get out or in/ no lifts l booked this as climbing staircase not ideal due to health. Cold water in bathroom very poor no pressure sold holiday under false amemities.
