Cute B&B close to Larne Port. Rooms are bright and airy - we liked the rooms in front of building as windows opened. Modern bathrooms. Amazing breakfast - fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, and large omelettes with variety of fillings. Carol was always checking in that we were comfortable and her staff were friendly and available too. Free Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house. About 500 meter walk to the beach, and a bit closer to Olderfleet Hotel.

Good Value

Positives: Breakfast was great, property was clean, and service was great. Negatives: No lift and our room was on the third floor. We were capable of hauling our luggage up the stairs, but others might not be able to. There is no air conditioning. On most days, I'm sure that doesn't matter, but it was very warm in the room at night.

A very good stay close to Belfast

This is a very good B&B stay close to Belfast, with free parking. . The room is VERY comfy, and the Irish breakfast is superb. (We had problems to eat all). . So we really recommend this place!

Our Host, Carol, was amazing, drove us to the ferry, got up early to make us breakfast, directed us to a great place for dinner. The room was clean, shower was great, beds were comfortable. Our best lodging so far on this 3 week journey through the UK. Highly recommend it.

Excellent service

We needed somewhere close to ferry terminal to catch early ferry next day. This was most convenient, providing everything we needed. (Can recommend nearby Olderfleet Pub for a good evening meal). When we told our hostess that we would have to leave before breakfast, she graciously offered to make us breakfast, including scrambled eggs, at 6.30.

Lovely bnb north of Belfast. Good spot for a tour of the city and we took in the Titanic Experience. Carol was a lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We appreciated the fan. Thank you

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and a tower fan. Parking was available right out front. We enjoyed our breakfast with omelets, fresh strawberries and grapes, croissants, yogurts and cereals.

What great little place. Very peaceful and the host was so kind and friendly. Our double room was very tastefully decorated and so comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is 5*. My first impressions when I drove up was that it could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up..but take that away and I will definitely be back. A great stay. Thank You

Clean, tidy and relaxing.

Great experience. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The room was clean and tidy, spacious bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality. We liked the location close to the sea and there are plenty restaurants near by. Comfortable parking just in front of the hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely come back if we happen to book something around Belfast again.
