10/10 Exceptional

Great location, entrance a bit obscure up side street. Would choose this hotel again due to its location, comfort and service.
Michelle, 3-night trip

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bar and lounge area bright and comfortably furnished. Excellent location on Princes Street. Basic but comfortable and clean room/bathroom

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location. Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff
Daniel, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The location is perfect if you’re interested in being near the train station or lots of shops. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar is a comfortable place to wind down at the end of the day. The address is Princes Street but the entrance doesn’t actually face Princes Street. A special recognition to Haley at the front desk who was very welcoming and helpful.

Great Old Town Location
Steven, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fantastic location and very friendly, efficient & helpful staff. The internet needs drastic improvements and my visit was during construction so not optimal. Still, would stay again.
LEIGH, 1-night trip

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable rooms
Laurel, 2-night trip

Great location and value

Very cool décor and great breakfast space. Super conveniently located to both Old Town and New Town. Close to public transit – especially airport tram and bus connections. Close walk to all of the main sights. Rooms were small but quiet with surprisingly thick doors. Breakfast spread was really nice – lots of options. Very clean and like new conditions. Good value for the cost.
Thor, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Friendly staff and very clean. Is well located next to necessary amenities and things to see. Very lovely location. Only complaint is that there is no fridge in the rooms. Would have at least loved a ice dispenser on the floors to accommodate that.
Jeni, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice place slough, for what you get, even in the location, completely overpriced.
Meredith, 2-night trip

Great hotel, on Princes Street with Waverley acriss the road, great location
Stephen, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff were so friendly and helpful, location was amazing. Room was very basic (though nicely finished), and there were renovations going on so the floor seemed like a bit of a building site at times. Seemed very expensive for what it was - but I guess that’s Edinburgh in July for you.
John, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Wonderful location. No soundproofing in walls or windows of our room so stiff bed made for a rougher night.
ariana, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Convenient location and super friendly staff.
Wes, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

The room was clean but in poor condition. My shower head sprayed at the based of what should have been a rain shower handle Leaving me sprayed in the face and unable to direct water. One light did not work at all and the heat would not come on at all. The bed was hard as a rock and the windows were thin so road noise talk and laughter were heard clearly until 2-230 am. The breakfast was lovely and they do store bags However I would never stay here again
Jill, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel cutrently umder construction but did not hear any noise while staying there. Quiet, decent sized rooms. Located in a good part of town, a little off the very busy street but still within walking distance to most things. Nice added service of luggage starge for guests.
Christy, 2-night trip
