Very pleasant stay. Nicely refurbished room. Comfortable. About 15 minutes walk to the local train station with under and over ground services to the city centre. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was good and the waiter was attentive.

The room has no airco or ventilation as the vars passong by created a lot of noise the problem is that no window can be opened and the room gets very hot when the outside temperature is anove 20 degrees. Wont stay tehre anymore

Lousy service

Stay away from this hotel. Their "customer service" is lousy, grading with scale 4-10 would be 0-. The hotel says on their webpage and Hotels.com that reception is open until 22:00. We arrived before 21:00, and the door was locked, and nobody was there. The automated check-in outside didn't recognise our reservation. Luckily, there was still someone working at a restaurant, and we could get in and get our room. But the room smelled strongly that it had been smoked there. We went back to the restaurant to demand a different room. They said that it is impossible that the room smells cigarettes since it is a non-smoking room. After some argument, they called the receptionist, who promised he would be there in 10 minutes to take care of this issue. After 15 minutes nothing and I had to ask again. They called him again and now he said he will be there in 20 minutes. It took him 40 minutes to arrive, so we ended up waiting more than an hour with a tired small child for a room that was acceptable. I won't stay in this place ever again.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I booked and paid in advance through Hotels.com, but the hotel kept asking me to pay again through messages. When I arrived, the hotel was completely closed — no staff, no reception, and a broken self check-in machine that didn’t scan my QR code. I spent 3 hours (from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.) calling the hotel and Hotels.com support. The hotel never answered, and Hotels.com agents kept ending the chat without solving anything. One agent, Marlon Alfredo A., even said there was a “discrepancy” and refused to help after an hour of chatting! When I finally managed to enter, I found the so-called “4-star” room to be tiny — barely 2 square meters, like a box, and the breakfast was extremely poor. There was no staff available at any time, not even in the morning. This place is definitely not even a 2-star hotel, and the experience was a total disaster. Very disappointed with both the hotel and Hotels.com. Shameful service and zero support.

Muss nicht nochmal sein.

Zimmer (28) extrem klein, kaum Platz zum bewegen. Matraze komplett durchgelegen, man spürte die Federn, ein Strahler im Bad war defekt. Last but not least, 7:45 kein Frühstück vorbereitet da Mitarbeiter wegen Zugausfall zu spät kam.

Grei overnatting for ei natt

For en natt så fungerte hotellet ganske bra. Renhold var ganske ok. Manglet såpe på badet i dusjen. Rommet har ikke aircondition, så vi måtte ha vindu oppe. Så det var litt bråk. Pluss med restauranten som var på hotellet som gir god og ærlig mat.

A Gorgeous Hotel with Everything you need

The staff were very helpful with holding our luggage prior to check-in. The room was beautiful. There was parking for our rental car & the Hotel is a short walk from the train station into Munich Central. The price is fair & great value. Highly Reccomended.

Der Empfang beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich, der Herr an der Rezeption war nett. Das Zimmer war gross, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend – es gab von Wurst über Käse, Früchte und Müesli alles, was man braucht. Ausserdem gibt es einen grossen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, was sehr praktisch ist. Leider haben wir am nächsten Tag keinerlei Personal mehr gesehen – weder im Frühstücksraum noch beim Auschecken, was etwas enttäuschend war. Fazit: Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel in Ordnung.

Personal sehr nett, Zimmer gut für Übernachtung, sauber, gutes Bad, auch sehe sauber, allerdings keine Klimaanlage und keine Minibar im Zimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer über dem Restaurant, daher waren spät am Abend noch die Besucher zu hören. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren modern, geräumig und sehr sauber, was den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel machte. Die ruhige Lage sorgte für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, und die gemütlichen Betten haben für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Check in und Out wäre jederzeit per QR-Code gegangen,das fanden wir praktisch. Uns hat das viele Holz im Zimmer gefallen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Am ersten Tag gab's das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant,ab dem zweiten Tag dann im Saal (wussten wir nicht). Wir waren in den Osterferien da und es war sehr ruhig im Hotel, obwohl es einige Gäste gab. Wir empfanden das Frühstücksbuffet als ausreichend und empfanden den Saft und den Kaffee,als bitter. (wir waren meist die ersten,da Frühaufsteher). Im hoteleigenen Restaurant bezahlt man gleich, (haben mit Karte bezahlt) man kann die Rechnung nicht auf die Hotelrechnung setzen. Gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Abendessen,Essen war sehr lecker und ging sehr schnell. Wir dachten erst,wir sind auf dem Dorf,bis wir einen Ausflug durch den Ort machten, größer,als gedacht. Gibt in der Nähe ein kleines Kiosk und auch Edeka ist nicht weit. Viele schreiben hier vom Parkplatz,der 13€ kosten würde? War bei mir nicht auf der Rechnung. Wir waren zufrieden,gut hat uns der Wasserkocher und Kaffeesticks sowie Tee gefallen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre noch praktisch gewesen. Das einzige,was mich gestört hat,war der wenige Stauraum ums Bett rum,um z.b Tablet und Handy zu parken. (Praktisch wäre ein Nachtisch gewesen). Gibt viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. München ist nicht weit entfernt.

Nice hotel, rooms are fairly basic but clean and tidy. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and in that time room wasn’t cleaned properly, empty glasses from the bar were left in room. Towels weren’t always changed when left to be changed. Restaurant next door is a little hit and miss when they are open. Food is good though.
