Staff, amenities, cleanliness, location. The accommodation surpassed our expectations. The whole apartment was extremely clean and had everything that could possibly be needed, including an iron and ironing board. We didn’t cook any meals during our stay, but everything was provided, had we wanted to do so. The apartment is in a fabulous location, just off the main street which runs through the city centre, but tucked away and very quiet. Another outstanding feature is the staff managing this Ferrini Home. From the contact beforehand arranging check-in, the key handover, introduction to the accommodation and local area, advice on taxis, luggage holding, the list goes on, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, kind and considerate.

Spacious unit

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue we had was that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom on the lower level. Location was close to sites and restaurants. Communication with host was great.

So noisy and hot :(

Location was perfect! And the room was beautiful. Few things made our stay not good… The worst thing was that there was no soundproofing, even though it was promised. In the middle of the night there was a terrible noise from other apartments, and it didn't stop. There was no hope that I would get any sleep in this noise. Another thing that ensured that I didn't get any sleep was that there was only one air conditioner in the large apartment, which I couldn't leave on. Even though we kept the air conditioner at the minimum level, it was really hot in the apartment. The third (not so serious thing) was that there was hardly any information between hotels.com and the host, because we were supposed to get a bottle of wine, but we didn't have one. Not serious, but it was a bit annoying. However, the stay was expensive, so unfortunately these three things were a big annoyance, especially since I took the accommodation in question so that I could get some sleep before my wedding day. I'm sorry that I have to leave a bad review.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with everything we needed, in central Catania, close to excellent restaurants and transport links. Our flight was delayed so arrived late evening, but helpful rep was still waiting to let us in and show us around. Thank you. One small criticism - for such a spacious apartment, the bathroom was small and the shower was tiny, not easy for the larger person!

Excellent communication but unit not same as photo

The unit is not as shown in the hotels.com booking site. It’s not as expected but luckily the location is very good, short distance from the main road Via Etnea which is very happening and almost car-free, relaxing walk. Staff communication is excellent and they started to assist airport transfer way in advanced, so much appreciated. Giorgio is also cheerful and friendly during check-in!

Beautiful apartment / the favorite of our two week trip to Italy. Not a good property if you have a car. There is a garage nearby but parking in the area is stressful. Great location but difficult to find as the apartment was on the first floor of building and almost hidden in an alley next to some restaurants, one of which was very good. They are very responsive. An earlier check-in is better with is property. The apartment had two balconies one of which was private and quite pleasant. The air conditioning worked very well. The bedroom is a loft with narrow steps - very modern, but you need to be able to ho up steps. We loved the place!

Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious, and it was lovely having a terrace to sit out on. The hotel staff were very friendly and communicative. The location was brilliant- central to everything, but on a quiet side street so not too noisy. Only issue was the stairs up to the kitchen area were creaky and a bit unstable.

Super leilighet i hjertet av Catania

Leiligheten var ren og pen, godt utvalg av kaffe, te, kjeks og syltetøy. Kjøleskap, kokeplater og aircondition. Gode senger med store deilige puter. To tv’er, en i stua og en på mesaninen oppe. Heis var det også. Vi hadde et opphold på ti dager, rommet ble rengjort en gang på dag fire etter avtale. I ettertid ville vi nok hatt rengjøringen noen dager senere, spesielt fordi vi gikk tomme for diverse påfyll. Men personalet tok ofte kontakt på Whats App for å høre om alt var bra, de ordnet opp snarlig. Leiligheten ligger veldig godt til midt i hovedgaten, kort vei til alt. Alibus (flybussen) stopper rett utenfor, både ved ankomst og hjemreise. Anbefales ❤️

El lugar está cuidado al detalle. El lugar es como aparece en las fotos. Está muy bien ubicado con acceso a todos los lugares del centro histórico de la ciudad y con excelente acceso en transporte público para ir a otros lugares. Muy amables y disponibles para la atención de los clientes! Gracias por todo! Han hecho nuestra estancia más que agradable! Totalmente recomendable! Somos una familia de cuatro personas, con hijos adolescentes.

La struttura è situata in una comoda posizione, circa a metà di via Etnea. È un bell’appartamento, finemente ristrutturato, funzionale a soggiorni di breve durata. Sebbene offra la possibilità di fruire della lavatrice, non abbiamo avuto modo di stendere i panni in camera. Ottima pulizia dei locali, accoglienza con bottiglia di vino in omaggio e personale molto cortese.
